I was terrified of gel pedicures for whatever reason, but they literally feel so lightweight, and last me 6-8 weeks! minimal upkeep and nails are healthy af! i used to have the issue of smudging w regular polish too

I used to be weirded out by gel pedicures as well because that’s what I did for manicures but trust me it changes the game!! No drying and lasts so long and always has a really pretty shine. Definitely recommend trying it

Hi Brooke! I recommend the Athleta Ultimate sports bras, which are available in cup sizing. I find them really supportive for many types of exercise (cycling, barre, plyometrics, yoga)!

The biggest game changer for me with online shopping was getting a measuring tape, clothes are meant to fit you, the number/letter sizes are so brand specific that looking at the size chart for actually measurements makes a huge difference!
I'm bigger chested and I really like the Athleta Concious Crop sports bras for when I spin or doing HIIT! They hug you in and make you feel secured, but the fabric is soft so it doesn't feel like you're suffocating or like it's super structured (if that makes sense).

Hi Brooke! I recommend checking out Panache sports bra. They come in cup sizing and are very supportive.
As someone with a larger chest, I highly recommend going for sports bras that are in bra/cup sizing rather that s/m/l/xl ! Also getting fitted at a proper bra store (aka not just Nordstrom or department store like that) was the best thing ever. Helped so much with my neck and back pain! The biggest thing I learned was that the majority of the support comes from a thick band and the wiring! If you're relying on just the straps for support you'll constantly be tightening them and it'll be painful

Target has GREAT high neck/longer sports bras that have great support for spin!! They’re my fav I have them in all the colors!

Omg, I literally had the same thing happen to me recently with my pedicure and I just fixed it before watching your video lol. I added the Sally Hansen miracle gel on top after they are dry, works with any polish. It really helps make it last longer and adds more shine and no need for a UV lamp.

Get the bigger size belt bag! It’s not a ton bigger, but it’ll fit more and it has two zippers, so stuff doesn’t fall out like the smaller one.
Looking forward to seeing Cabo. I’ve always wanted to go. Btw, Don’t use Draino cuz it rots out the pipes eventually. I just call maintenance. Have a great week
I have a really supportive sports bra from Reebok which I use when playing squash and field hockey so it is really supportive!

I like the Lululemon cloud longline bra, it’s not high neck but I have a DD and find it to be supportive.

Ok so I’m a 40F 😮 and sports bras are ALWAYS hard to find. But I found some at target that are the C9 brand and let me tell you…. I am so secure!
I have one from girlfriend collective that I love it’s super supportive, it looks like the black one you showed! I have one similar to the girlfriend collective one that is from Fabletics - it’s their sculpt knit midi bra. I also have the sculpt knit no bounce bra that I find to be thicker and higher support as well. I would say I’m medium chested and I love those bras for when I am running/ more intense workouts 😁

@Brooke the shefit sports bra is a MUST. Trust me. The only thing that worked pre breast reduction. Take the measurement guide on the site seriously and disregard previous thoughts on sizing and go for it… again TRUST ME!!!
