Here are the Dinosaurs I think you can obtain during Story Mode: -Triceratops -Dilophosaurus -Velociraptor -Tyrannosaurus -Stegosaurus (TheGamingBeaver showed in his playthrough that you can trick the Stegosaurus into breaking the amber rocks/logs) -Compsognathus -Parasaurolophus -Brachiosaurus -Troodon -Pachycephalosaurus -Ankylosaurus -Dimorphodon
gallimimus is also obtainable in story mode by timing a forwards roll into the cave (can bypass the animation characters play when approaching it if timed well enough)
I'm a little late but the Amber brick in the bird cage can also be collected in story mode also, by jumping on the yellow crate with billy and then jumping on the roof of the cage thingy, and then u just go back and collect the amber

When u got baryonx there is another way to get it in story mode by making the The brachiosaurus and jumping on to it as billy and glide and sometimes u touch it with your parachute and u get it!
In the first location I managed to get it when I was playing the mission for the first time by doing a glitch which you have to get the two to keep on going to the cave and turn back then one will glitch in the cave and it will light the cave so they don’t turn back then the other character that’s not glitched can go inside and get the amber brick - tell if it works
