I just love this black hair on you! I'm writing every day too and I have 2 writing projects. The first 1 is a YA Urban Fantasy I'm drafting that's currently at 33.5k and I just started an Adult Christmas Romance.

📒 I can totally relate to the scatter brain 🧠 issue. I Will take on multiple projects and rarely finish. Currently bettering my time management skills.

Kelley Ni (you) are a Beautiful inspiration to us in the creative community please ignor any and all negative energies that attack you making you feel anything less than the creative force that you are. Having an asian mother I connect with sooo much that you say. And coming from a music production and comic book art background into the world of writing you and Lynn have been ANGELS to me during my journey WO AI NI !!!! FROM THE DEPTHS OF MY SOUL!!

A great idea to turn a short story into a novella! I've tried doing that...hasn't worked yet.

📒 When you were talking about your list of projects, I was nodding because I can totally relate. I have a lot of creativity books, and I just want to work on everything. At work (I'm an art teacher) I'm much more focused and organized. I found that batching my tasks had been very helpful. There are a lot of articles out there on batching tasks/activities. Just a suggestion- you can batch your tasks or things you want to work on. You can assign a day of the week to one or a few things that are related. For example you can assign Monday and Wednesdays to research and apply to jobs. On Tuesday, you can dedicate time to writing choose 2-3 projects and Fridays can be dedicated to your business and that can include RUclips, editing business - and Saturday and/or Sunday can be a recharge/refresh day and try to do things that make you feel calm and you enjoy doing. I'm really enjoying your channel. Take care! 😊

I'm struggling with my Nano project this year but seeing other people be "productive" makes me feel okay, and so happy for them. 💙

I'm exactly the same as you with focus and taking on too many projects. I have problems with sleeping and sometimes I have panic attacks, yesterday I went to a psychiatrist and it turned out to be ADHD, so dear! go to a psychiatrist so you can be sure what's going on in your heart

If you haven't already you should consider reading John Milton's epic poem "Paradise Lost" for some inspiration. Personally, that book really flipped a switch in my own poetry.

hi ! watching this in between doing things; i was wondering if you and your authortube pals have considered doing some kind of writing community discord? i think it would be so neat but i do understand if it's too big a thing lmao

Thanks for asking this question! One of my Authortuber friend Lynn D. Jung created a writing community discord a few months ago :) I linked it in the description of this video if you'd like to join
