at the moment 1.3 game into 1,4 -- tends (for me) to be - 'dude wheres my car' a lot. My cv just sort of gets translocated when i log in (but just in single player) - its just a nucence since i have to go into gm to look for the bloody thing and retrieve it - though my miners tend to get stuck partially underground so tend to have to be removed and respawned. don't know if this happens on a 'native' 1.4 game or multiplayer though. - just be warned.
Here we get the rare chance to see the mating habits of the wild CV's in their natural habitat. Watch carefully as the inexperienced Vendetta tentatively attempts to mount the more experienced Hitoshi. The clumsy Vendetta doesn't take into consideration all the rules of the 'docking' ritual. The Hitoshi coyly rebuffs the Vendetta's attempts until the young Surge is removed from the situation. Finally, in the warm post coital glow of docking does the Vendetta realize it's mistake that alas, even with his quantum extender, a more advanced CV can not be produced from this union. Never the less, the Hitoshi escorts the young Vendetta home to introduce him to the rest of his 'fleet'. Will this pairing last? Tune in next week for the continuation of Wild CV Kingdom where they take the young Vendetta hunting.
Spanj, I'm loving this series. I subbed a few weeks ago for Reforged Eden (RE), but I know it can be grindy. Supplementing it with another game will be hard, but I hope you pick something similar. Quick side note, some people like watching the grind, especially if its poi grinds even if alot of cheese is involved. Only reason I'm mentioning it is I can imagine grinding this game off cam then making another show to keep people here, sounds like alot of work and if you can put out RE vids of the grind it would help out. Anyway something for you to think about. Also not sure how your view count did but I liked Dyson Sphere. Keep up the good work!! Again loving the RE content!!!
We beat the Dyson sphere yesterday! Didn't shoot a single drone. Props to the guy on the last video where u got spanked for guiding me in the non violent method😁 Also, look at the reward for the Dyson sphere-no more cpu worries for one ship...
For nitrocellulose, I am staring at six full stacks right now from one POI. That one is from a dead planet with the warning on it from the solar system map regarding anti-air turrets. These are basically very armed dead planets, with The Craziest Looking drone base I have seen yet. But the nitro is from piles and piles of base-class ammo, sitting on a radar-stealthed POI of significant size, in this type of dead world. There were also many turret emplacements, all also equipped with ammo. This is not the piddly few missiles you might see in a standard POI, but an average ship will strain to carry it all. My ship's three Deconstructors were working overtime...
Appreciate your content man :) I'm done with Empyrion for now (had a long term save corupt) but will still be following your escapades. Chilling and building adds sanity to my Saturday (or which ever day I get chance to watch it on) :)
That just happened to me too, I'd lost my space station and 2 guardian satellites, an mega-upgraded pioneer and had a carrier cv in the factory when the game asks me to delete the file (and the backup). Gutted, but with 1.4 on the horizon, I'll only be playing in creative till then.

Just like JK said, the box that disappeared as you looked at it is the one that would have had the quantum. SV quantums are common, CV quantums are a bit more rare and they can also drop alien turrets which are super rare.
Hard rock headbanging you say? ;) Can't the EAH Filetransfer/Save Faction stuff be of help to survive that? I could respawn some ships and bases with all materials in containers with that a time ago.
So, you only need to use the decay gates, thus leaving your ships behind, because of the range of the normal and advanced warp drives, but with an antimatter warp drive you can jump to Progenitor there directly from the regular galaxy? Very cool!
Well, the thing about a black hole - its main distinguishing feature - is that it's white. And the thing about all the others stars, the colour of all the others stars, your basic all the others stars colour, is white. So how are you supposed to see them?
Sort of off topic, most vehicles we have seen in Empyrion are very angular. Has anyone seen a curved, more smooth lined vehicle? If not, anyone know if Empyrion is working on adding block shapes that would allow for more curved/smooth lined vehicles? (ie: shark shaped)
You should have flown the Surge right next to the Matter Converter and used its Ammo controller to store stuff instead of running back and forth to the Vendetta ;)

Several scientific journals have been written and much study has been done over the years, and is still a mystery even with today's science. Note: Be sure to get a Neural copy to read of The Spanj Era " Pipes and Blocks "a Study of the fascination and Conjecture with Pipes and Blocks, to commit to memory for those long journeys across Galactic space. I myself got a neural copy of "Child's Toys " Antimatter Converters and why it's important to make sure your Child puts their Toys away and not just leave them laying about in open space. @@ozfresh I have seen a planet which showed the potential for platinum deposits. It was owned by the Zirax and classed as extremely dangerous. I just waypointed it as a place for further investigation and moved on as I was only in my cargo CV. Unfortunately I can't remember what type of planet it was or what class of star it orbited as I've only booted the game up once since Xmas.

Empyrion players hear me, don't give up on your corrupted saves. I had one a short time ago and I dove into the log file and figured out it was a glitched wrecked hover. I'm not saying yours will be so easy or that I can fix yours but just take a look and maybe ask some questions.
An hour long video, contents: 17 min of talking where at least 4 time I said to myself "STFU and do something" , 2 quick fights, and a warp... this video was uncharacteristically and disappointingly short on content for the length!

Yes Spanj the Matter converters can have quantum extenders, and yes the loot drop box that you just missed was the most likely to have one.

none, its is permitted in the rules but very few players actually interested in that at the moment
