Black mirrors, black out the chrome. Smoke out the amber markers. Add a thule style roof rack. Change the wheels with some bbs style. Brings me back to 2012 lol
I have not tried Goo Gone before. I always used Goof Off ,& had great results. I think it has Acetone in it, so it evaporates really fast. Whatever color I was working on, I always use white towels,because it will take the color off the towel. No matter what color towel I used. Your doing a bang up job there DBGarage!!!!
Red mirrors for sure would be dope, maybe do like a red vinyl stripe on the lower part from wheel to wheel with a deadbeat script, that would be dope AF. The black and red clean tho.
to tie in the paint better. do the mirrors red, all of the white. then im not sure if its plastic or metal, but on the back hatch that whole pillar from hatch window to side back window. it will tie in reall good after that nothing else needs to change unless you wanna go crazy then black out all the chrome. then if you do wheels a tires... black rims / black white letter tires. or black / red stripe or some black/red accent. would tie the whole thing together... i dont remember is this a mini cooper S that is super charged ? i dont think it was, such a shame, if it is tho, changing the pulley is free boost,
you can also use gasoline to remove the vinyl and adhesive... but please BEWARE (highly flammable) 🔥🔥🔥 use with caution and under professional supervision.

Wd 40 and a plastic scraper will take adhesive right off I pulled a 5 year old wrap off a crv and it was coveted in adhesive wd40 in a spray bottle and plastic scraper took it right off

Needs a red DB sticker, paint the damn mirrors black or red. Maybe a combo. Definitely wheels or just paint those. Chrome delete is a must.

We use rapid remover at my work to remove the glue from paint protection film and wraps .

Zippo lighter fluid always worked best for me removing sticky stuff.
I think u should paint it white then put the design u want up there.
