Ive boxed in the ring before, the hard days of training i wasn’t used to, the hard work was challenging. What kept me focused was not just myself but also the people around me. People do rub off on you, who you choose to be around matters. It can still be hard to stay committed even when the right things surround you, it’s okay to take a break and recharge. Taking a break does not mean you gave up, get back to it and go harder.⚖️
