I stumbled upon your video through searching for EA tips as I also struggle with some of the ADD symptoms and I was suprised to hear that you do too! Watching this video has been inspiring, hearing that you too hit a barrier with your attention to detail, which has really made me think about what I do and what I can do better. Hey Tom, thank you so much for reaching out, there are so many people that struggle with ADD and they feel like they are just bad at their jobs. But the trick is to start implementing different tools to help us get better at what we do... and we may not get it right the first time but as long as we don't give up... we will eventually get it right.

First off, I love your channel 😍 As to ADD, don't you think that what you have described as issues is actually quite a normal human behaviour? What I mean is that we have not been created to do a thousand things at a time and spend 8 hours a day under stress. Actually, whenever I see that one person who is checking everything 5 times before sending off or remembers absolutely everything I guess is probably because they have a very high level of anxiety and they can't relax because of the fear to miss on sth. Just because businesses or our bosses want us to do everything flawless doesn't mean this is healthy and gut for our mental state.
I totally agree... there is so much hype about multitasking but studies have shown that only 2% of the world's population have the ability to multitask
