The only way to get those frozen is to do the quest and those who have the weapons sell it for 20 or 25t, it's sad. The game has this head and value does nothing to fix it, there is a lot of inflation below and they take advantage of stealing gold from other players with high prices
The price is ok for ppl who needs sloth right now , when they do deals with trade its mean they agree with value of thats deal And after fews months the sloth weapon will keep lower and lower Just enjoy the game and have fun 😉
