  • Beginner (100 bpm), intermediate (90 bpm) and advanced (80 bpm)! This is a piano only recording of a "123454321" ("Do re mi fa sol fa mi re do") 3 times in a row in the male range for increasing breath support strength. It can be done on any vowel or sound. It starts at D3 and stretches up to A4. As with any warm up - you should never feel any pain or strain.
