I don't think that he will ever do tournament of power, because power levels in dragon ball super make no sense. Super Saiyan Blue Goku is now apparently as strong as Android 17 and Mystic Gohan? And why in the world is Kale stronger than SSJB Goku? It would also be very hard to predict power levels from other universes because if you have watched the saga you'll see that everyone is pretty much on spar with everyone and it's hard to predict power levels. A lot of characters are overpowered just for plot reasons. He could probably guess the power levels, but it will be very hard to make sensible guesses.
