Drink water (the best way to hydrate your skin is from inside) if you drink tea or coffee try and cut down on it or take a green or herbal tea occasionally. Also in the winter it's a good idea to switch to a cleanser that is moisturizing and milky so you don't have to strip moister away and replace it constantly.
This is the best vampire tutorial ever, and trust me I've seen A LOT! Everyone always does the same sparkly red and black smokey eye with tacky contouring and red lips, this was really cool!
Finally apply a good moisturizer about 10-15 minutes before your foundation/bb cream (if there is still too much of a film left on your skin before you apply the foundation just take a damp towel and press it against your face to remove any of the excess moisture). Hope that helps :)
I am a die hard fan of the proper Asian BB Creams (Skin 79 is my all-time favorite). The western versions (and I've tried a good amount of them) are just tinted moisturiser and don't improve and protect your skin which is what the Skin 79 ones do. They just shove a few vitamins into the formula and then claim they're bb creams so they can profit from the trend.
what I absolutely love about this look is that it isn't OTT but just dramatic enough to catch attention kinda like sultry subtlety if that makes sense lol. also, you make such a lovely vampire! simply perfect!
I love this video. Vampire looks are a dime a dozen, but you took it a step further (especially with the lips. Literally every other vampire tutorial opts for wine colors or blood reds or even black, but this was way creepier and way more accurate). Fantastic as usual!
The focus with vampire skin isn't paleness, it's the complete lack of colour (and by that I mean redness, blushing exc). So instead of changing your skin tone focus on making colour skin look flawless and without any redness or rosy glow at all :)
StunnING!!!!!!!! And oh, SO different to any of the other vampire tutorials I've seen. Your make-up vids are always so much more than just tutorials; they're Art in action. Pure class. Love it! :)
I'm not an expert by any means but I have a Beau-Make stippling brush that has worked wonders on me. I leave the plastic about halfway down the brush for slightly better control if needs be and it is a breeze to clean! Anyway, loving your tutorials!!! :)
The blind/pale eyes are extremely common in older folklore. The original vampire was described as 'dead' and 'corpse-like' and when you see the eyes on a corpse, they're not red or black, they're a pale, washed out version of the former color. The black/red eyes came later to show the 'evil' or 'demonic' nature of the vampire. If you want the 'realistic,' traditional vampire, go with pale contacts. If you want something scary, black or red.
I think my favorite thing about this look is how it's vampy - yet wearable for certain events. Like it's not so "Out There" you'd have to wear it on a VERY special occasion, this look is something almost 'Natural Vampire" in a way, and I really like that. ^^
I wore white mesh contacts for halloween as a zombie, everyone loved them, i just hate how it's so hard to see out of them! love the look by the way(: you're very beautiful and talented
LOVE THIS!!! THE EYE MAKEUP IS SO KILLER. YOU ARE JUST SO TALENTED. I THINK I MIGHT TRY THE EYE LOOK TOMORROW...JUST WITH A SOFTER MORE NEUTRAL COLOR FOR DAY TIME. JUST PERFECT.
Omg!!! That's soo amazing! I wish I could do that also, but my eyeshadow colors had never the intensity like your's. I don't now why, but I think in Germany there are not so many colors like in the USA and the quality is quite different ;) Good video, I like it!! ♥
Question: With all this makeup, does your skin ever become irritated? What kind of makeup remover do you use? And how do you keep your skin from becoming irritated and blemish free?
Loved how you explained the details in the video and you're gorgeous as always... I've suddenly forgot how much I lovewatching your vids!!! Miss you! Xx
Hey! I absolutely love your work, and this is beautiful. I was wondering if you would be willing to do a vampire tutorial based on Mick St. John from Moonlight. The Moonlight vampires are by far my favorite looking and I'd love to be one for Halloween, but I can't find a tutorial anywhere. You're my favorite makeup artist and your work is brilliant, so I thought I'd ask you!
Thank you so much Klaire! I am really happy to get advice from you :) I will definitely try that out next time I apply coverage. Thanks so much, and take care. x PS. Your hair has grown so much!! For a second I thought they were extensions haha
I believe Klaire would be just perfect to play in a horror movie! Her face can be sweet and pure,or evil and creepy at the same time..and she also has this melodic voice with the perfet accent!!Yeah, If I were a producer I would totally choose her!
By a cream called 'Aveno' - available in all supermarkets and Boots, etc. It's what I use and since discovering it a couple of years ago, it's saved my skin!
I HATE the stuff. Makes my eye lashes fall out like crazy every single time I use it (I think its a family allergy because my mum has the same thing) It's a nightmare to get out of the roots of my lases after and I just prefer false lashes in general, cheaper and easier to remove. No to mention with false lashes at least you know how long/thick your lashes will look unlike mascara :)
I think your make up styles are soooo great! I wish I could actually try them on me but I have kind of those "hooded" lids, so it wouldn't look the same at all :(
Well done. It's hard to do an original vampire, and thouh you used some techniques that have been used before (imposible not to), you managed to balance both drama and subtlety. It's awesome. xD
Best vampire tutorial I have ever seen!! ❤️ love u so much!!

This is the most gorgeous vampire look I've seen by far. Its charming and innocent while dangerous and mysterious. Love it!

Just from the intro the photos look real. The contact lens really match the vamp looks. Gorgeous!
Can't imagine if I watched this at midnight with the lights down low....seeing this gave me the goosebumps. Splendid job Klaire!

Those contacts are so awesome! They helped make the look that much cooler!

I love your tutorials! Like omg! They're amazing! I'm going to do this for Halloween!
This is INSANE!! It looks so simple to do yet the result is so dramatic! Way to be amazing!!
The focus with vampire skin isn't paleness, it's the complete lack of colour (and by that I mean redness, blushing exc). So instead of changing your skin tone focus on making colour skin look flawless and without any redness or rosy glow at all :)
the first photo you showed when you where done was stunning!!! love this look
Does anyone else just sit here in awe of how amazing these looks are instead of actually doing the makeup?
It frizzes all the time, especially in the winter :)
love the fangs
Ayato Sakamaki wow you're from diabolik lovers!!
I love this vampire look. Feral, undead, and hungry, yet ageless.
Those contacts are amazing! I love the pretty red eyeshadow too
i absolutely love the eye make up for this! i actually wanna try to turn this look into a wearable look :)
I love how your hair goes good with the makeup! Very good. I like this one very much.
Why do I want to create a character like this? The look is just AMAZING!!!
There are so many vampire looks out there, but this one is like nothing I've seen!!!! This is unique and fucking badass!
StunnING!!!!!!!! And oh, SO different to any of the other vampire tutorials I've seen.
Your make-up vids are always so much more than just tutorials; they're Art in action.
Pure class. Love it! :)
It's a translucent powder so I would have thought it would look fine, but if you're not sure you could check out MakeupAlley for reviews :)
Stunning! :D It actually looks really flattering on you, in a vampire-like way
amazing work and great tips!
Incredibly beautiful and not as strange very gently!
Why couldn't this have been uploaded BEFORE Halloween?
Claire your AMAZING as always
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! And the pictures are stunning! Well done Klaire :D
I'm not an expert by any means but I have a Beau-Make stippling brush that has worked wonders on me. I leave the plastic about halfway down the brush for slightly better control if needs be and it is a breeze to clean! Anyway, loving your tutorials!!! :)

That is one hell of a great look for a vampire..best vampire makeup ever!

the contacts make it look 10x better x
Depends on the lens, some are to change eye colour, some are to improve eyesight.
Was that helpful?
SUCH DRAMATIC MUSIC! I love your vampire look, by the way haha. Definitely something I will do. :) Thank you Klaire.
The best vampire makeup I have seen on YT! Great job!!!

Yes in Twilight they do my friend and if you don't like it its okay - but you need to respect if others disagree
Wow! You've just sent shivers down my spine, Klaire!

By a cream called 'Aveno' - available in all supermarkets and Boots, etc. It's what I use and since discovering it a couple of years ago, it's saved my skin!
I would recommend getting contact lenses that made your eyes look black which would help your eyesight and look scary (and sexy)
