Nicely done, ER chucks are relatively straightforward to make if one's careful. In most case it's cheaper to get a whole bunch of ER nuts and make the collet chucks yourself.

Some tables (like my old German one that my Opa gave ) take 4 revolutions, some take 6.. depends on the #of holes vs. ratio… you were probably expecting that particular set up to work in one Revolution(360) vs multiple rotations… Regardless, You will get it….🤙
