    Nicely done, ER chucks are relatively straightforward to make if one's careful. In most case it's cheaper to get a whole bunch of ER nuts and make the collet chucks yourself.

    Hope to make some pictures of my 5" rotating table and the aluminum plate nailed to it and Email You. The same approach ought to work on Your rotating table.

    Some tables (like my old German one that my Opa gave ) take 4 revolutions, some take 6.. depends on the #of holes vs. ratio… you were probably expecting that particular set up to work in one Revolution(360) vs multiple rotations… Regardless, You will get it….🤙
