They seem to be putting in the highest speed and force section first, then building out track from there. This would make sense to keep those parts the smoothest, and then make the larger continuity adjustments on parts with lower speed and force.
It feels like it took 11 years for the crew to apply brickwork to Spider-Man in DCA. WTH are they feeding this crew? Thanks for the great update vlogs Dylan. I love watching these huge projects come to life. I think you'd be a great park designer/Imagineer 🙂
Deep cut, but I was always on Team Fantasyland Autopia over Tomorrowland, but on the Matterhorn I have always been team Tomorrowland. I have always & still am on team Peoplemover!😢
Are you familiar with the TEA (Themed Entertainment Association)? They are having their major conference in March at the Universal Sheraton. Called TEA Inspire. You might be interested.
If you’re talking about connecting a piece to the layout no, they are bolted together. If you’re talking about the tubular piece yes, those are welded to a larger spine.
Dylan, That lumber you saw behind the Mummy is probably for the Fan Fest. They could have something planned for Fan Fest at the Woody Woodpecker parking lot also.
i imagine this coaster is gonna be hauling because of its location, a lot of the elements looks as tight as they can be without exerting uncomfortable g-force. aka perfection
Love the video and want some tips on starting a vlog channel for me and Michael are thinking of moving to Florida just us together someday and want to meet you some day at Disney land and Bashgarders in January and Michael's brithday is the 24th
That turn seems like it's going to be really high G-force, like over 5, it should have tons of speed there, and it's very tight. I'm wondering now if there isn't going to be some kind of trim break before that turn, it's OD.
I haven’t seen Wicked but have seen a few react vids especially in these past few challenging days, and yeah, totally blown away by the movie and potential in the parks. Anyways, excellent focus on the intense layout that it looks like we’ll be experiencing in no time. Never apologize for providing us some distraction for what is going on. Like yeah real life is hard, but we don’t need to be wrapped up in it all as virtue signaling. Life must go on, and it helps giving our fave places income they need and opportunities to donate. We’ve all been facing smoke and ashes locally. And many have faced more loss. In the face of lies and misinformation from outside the area and state We are strong.
@@ThemeParkObsessionDDthanks for the response!…. I’m trying to plan my first trip to universal Hollywood and I’m trying to hold out until this coaster is complete lol
Oh how fun! Well VelociCoaster is a must and don’t forget to check out Diagon Alley. Also Mythos is a really good sit down place for lunch at Islands of Adventure. And if you feel like taking a break the Bourne Stuntacular is a really good show.
I appreciate that you always stay Classy in the Comments! I'm still annoyed by the "Tone Deaf" comment from yesterday ... and it's not even my Channel! 😆 Anyway ... appreciate ya and what ya do!
We’re all going to get even more excited once they start testing the ride! 😱
I am so excited to see the progress of the coaster in person on Wednesday! Thank you for posting!
In person it’s really crazy to see. Really impressive.
The “office” in the middle of the rollercoaster 😂
Heck yeah, music to my ears haha
This is gonna be wild
I can’t wait!
You doing alright Dylan? Sometimes just have to check in.
Yeah I’m doing good. Was excited to see some good progress at the park. Always makes me smile 😄
"Probably another roller coaster" - your humor is served as dry as the SoCal weather!
I try my best haha.

The coaster has nice curves!
Heck yeah! I can’t wait to see the rest of it go in.
The should make mini replicas of all the different vehicles that appeared in the FnF as the ride vehicles. That would be cool.
Hey Dylan and say hi to Snowball The Bunny at Universal Studios Hollywood
Heck yeah! Hope you had a great day at the park.
🎉🎉1,1🎉🎉
🎉🎉team right side matterhorn 🎉🎉
Right side is pretty fun but I’m on team left side. 😄

Good decision to do the studio tour. You're there all the time but I think it's good to take advantage of those low waits any time you see them

Do the rails get welded together between track pieces?
If you’re talking about connecting a piece to the layout no, they are bolted together.
If you’re talking about the tubular piece yes, those are welded to a larger spine.
@ThemeParkObsessionDD yes I was just talking about the tubular parts where the train wheels touch.

I can’t wait for escapeolgy to open at city walk 🎉🤩 I’m a big fan of escapes rooms
I've never been Harry Potter land during the day. Looks interesting.

Universal is building an onsite Hotel
That’s the rumor, so I’ll keep an eye on it.
I thought they were maybe going to put in a hotel in the parking lot.
Bro did you leave Frankenstein hanging?
No I didn’t. Haha. The first time I saw him he was interacting with another guest. The second time I gave him a hug.
What are your plans for EPIC Universe?
To hopefully go a few days in a row. I’d love to spend like 3 full days at the park exploring as much as I can.

Dylan is that not possibly the new Hotel?
Might be the start of it, what’s interesting is it’s only a portion of the lot, not the entire thing.
Hey Dylan ! Do you think the coaster will soft open in October?
It’s a very very tiny maybe. I’m thinking late November but hey maybe we will get lucky.
@@ThemeParkObsessionDDthanks for the response!…. I’m trying to plan my first trip to universal Hollywood and I’m trying to hold out until this coaster is complete lol
I’m visiting Universal Florida for the first time at the end of the month. Any suggestions that are a must try or see? ❤

Hope you had a very happy happy birthday.
Happy Birthday 🎂🎁🎈 have a good one
I still think they are moving the tram station to that area.
You really do need to find a cool hat.
I have two but I don’t really like wearing them. Sometimes if I’m at the beach.
He will be accepting donations for a walking treadmill lol
and they said this would be done by 2026
I’m thinking it’s going to be done by the end of this year.
