world of disney, the mad hatter on main street on the right side when you walks into the park, and there’s also a hat shop in fantasyland right by the teacups. that’s where i’ve had the best luck finding my ears.

It doesn’t matter if your photo is unposed. It’s about efficiency. It saves so much time to just take a random pic. It’s not like they are going to post it on socials for you. Only the one cast member there is going to see it. It’s just to verify you are you.
We weren’t referring to “pose” :)
This was about looking straight into the camera as opposed to looking down or to the side.
We spoke with CMs about it and they said it is very important that they have you facing straight on with sunglasses off.
It is something that they will be fixing as they continue to test and roll out this feature. Hope that makes sense.

My sister and I are going back to Disneyland for our 2nd time this November! We had a blast for our first time last September... curious about a couple of things..
1. Does it cost extra to ride the Mark Twain Boat?
2. All of the other modes of transportation, like the horse drawn carriages & the railcars in DCA, do they cost extra? Or is it a hop on hop off kind of thing?
3. Around the first half of November, what can we look forward to and keep in mind?

Hi there, there is no additional cost for the Mark Twain River Boat or the horse drawn carriage or other vehicles on Main st. I took my mom for the first time last October and we rode them by getting on their stops in town square and they drop you off by the castle. You can also get on near the castle and they’ll drop you off in town square. There are signs for the vehicle stops. Have a great trip!
Some thoughts on the new entry system. I think this should be rolled out to magic key holders first; we frequent the park more often and could give a better baseline on how this will work in the future with all guests. I would also like Disney to improve the scanning efficiency. We should be able to create a group check in with a single bar code instead of scanning ever bar code individually.
we would love to know what it's like visiting Disneyland and/or WDW either in a wheelchair or on a mobility scooter and what it means to those with you who are not disabled, that would be so helpful!
So much of the history that was Disneyland is slowly disappearing. First splash mountain now Pooh’s corner so sad😢 Walt would be very unhappy 🧚♀️

I enjoyed The Princess and the Frog, but this is too much IP to the movie…. I get the restaurant and a shop… And we got a ride.. why more? It’s not something I’m going to lose sleepover, but it would’ve been nice for other classic Disney characters to be given homage to.

The photo taken at the entrance: Universal Studios in FL has something like this now, except they make u take the photo every single time you enter the park through the main gates (not using the hogwarts express, thats still normal as far as i know). It does NOT make things faster at all! I believe it's more for facial recognition than recording your picture. Hopefully, Disneyland's version will not be like this!

My thoughts exactly. I love being greeted before I enter Disneyland it feels so welcoming. My life is already filled with too much technology and Disney was one place I could visit that was different.

Great video. Always fun seeing Spencer and Dylan ham it up. But: don’t get me wrong, I love me some Tiana…but it’s TOO MUCH at this point. Too many stores. Give Pooh more room! That’s a huge IP and needs more recognition.

From what we’re seeing, it looks like it might sadly be decreasing the number of CMs there, but that’s just our speculation, we haven’t heard anything official from Disney
Do you guys recommend magic bands for guests that go once a year?? My daughter and I go every summer for 4 days. Shes been wanting one for awhile now but just wasnt sure if its worth it..
I would say anything is worth it if it makes you happy.. you can use it for lightning lane, photopass scans and getting into the parks, so it just depends on how much she will use it 😊

i was at dl last night and said to myself, “i wanna ride the mark twain in the daylight.” today, it was down due to technical difficulties. seriously? it just came back. anyways, there went my chance to ride this time around and channel blab. 😅 on another note, i’m super excited about tiana’s attraction and there’s already a restaurant and store, so i think the additional patf stores are overkill. spread the love, disney!
The new entry system into DCA is just like at Universal Orlando
How do you take a picture if you’re short or disabled? Doesn’t look like the camera points down.
The camera will capture any height, and has been tested for children, wheelchair height, and very tall people as well

The Disneyland content is looking forced and like you're just going through the motion instead of feeling any magic.
May we ask what way specifically it’s feeling “forced”?
Because it certainly doesn’t feel that way to us.
Asking because perhaps it’s something to do with filming/editing.
@BestlifeandBeyondofficial maybe it has something to do with the feelings of unhappiness you've expressed over Disneyland lately. It just feels like the joy you had no longer comes across, and it seems scripted and forced. Maybe it's me... I just hope what is close in the future brings back the happy go lucky feel I used to see in the videos. 😊
It’s hard to hear and see the stuff that isn’t great happening at the parks right now for sure. It’s definitely a complex issue, and I promise we wouldn’t be going to Disneyland if it didn’t make us happy.
We walk a fine line with making sure we’re authentic and truthful sharing the realities and challenges happening, but also with that, is us sharing our true feelings as we continue to go, give updates & enjoy ourselves.
We are very particular about not “over planning” our videos, and being imperfect and real. (Example, the bloopers at the closing in this video)
Sometimes it’s not always obvious, but a good example of magic for us, was the Mark Twain ride, which Spencer pours a lot of heart into filming,editing etc.
We do have a lot of fun, and I hope maybe if there is something within you struggling to find that in our videos, that you can again someday.

I dont get that vibe at all it’s actually quite opposite for me. I feel like their passion and authenticity is why they’re the only Disney vloggers I watch anymore.

I get the need to speed up the entrance process, but I can’t help but feel this is a cost/cast member cutting exercise, AND the turnstiles are so generic and unmagical and NOT in keeping with the theme. I would hope any further roll out of these would be a little ‘nicer’
ok this is so upsetting to me as Pooh is my favorite and i loved that you could go to a pooh store to purchase pooh items and now i feel like they are taking a lot of that away.. why SO much on this Tiana princess... i mean we have other princesses that really dont have anything. personally as a Disney lover im fully disappointed in a lot .. i know changes have to be made sometimes but its getting ridiculous in some ways... do better Disney

It’s simple - A third rate movie depicted in a horrid place is taking a large part of the park and crowding out more popular IP. Tiana and ancillary teams forced on the public that were not clamoring for it
well first off I never said I was mad, I said it was upsetting... because as a pooh lover its nice to have a store that has such a variety of pooh character items.. yes sometimes you can find a few items in park but not always. my opinion is I dont think we need 3 stores catered to just one princess. hope this clears up any confusion on my statement for you I thought what I stated prior was kind of clear but maybe this makes more sense for you if not ...I apologize..@@DunDunDun45
