An unstoppable cyborg can't handle two humans. The plot armor definitely kicked in for this scene.

it was always about crime and never about the cars. FFS Brian was a undercover agent that infiltrated the original crew to take them down.
@@dynamitedingo8183 the level of writing was never Godfather level spectacular but there was some semblance of structure, narrative and life to the franchise at one point. After Tokyo Drift the franchise was just expensive special effects behind "straight-to-dvd" quality everything else.
@@Jrock420blam I agree with you to an extent. I actually think the franchise peaked at Fast 5. It applied the heist concept and action/cars set pieces and pushed that suspension of disbelief right to the edge without crossing it. Using CGI only when needed. Dwayne Johnson wasn't playing Dwayne Johnson.. he was actually a character in that film and a badass anti-hero. Fast 5 gave you a bit of everything and more without going too far and having it take away from the serious moments of the movie. The drama of the film worked because of good writing and the sense of discipline from the film itself IMO.
Imagine how short this movie would be if it was realistic or even somewhat realistic 🤣🤣🤣

It's just understanding it's audience. You just know there had to be a version of the scene where they don't explicitly explain why they can trade hits with him and the focus groups called it a plot hole and hated it.

In fast five the rock 🪨 was literally walking in LA with a machine gun from a UAV which is probably a couple hundred pounds. He literally walked miles apparently while carrying hundreds of pounds 😂I could not stop laughing, it was so goofy but yet entertaining. You should not come into these movies and expect realism, we’ve moved far away from that lol

Every media makes jokes about the ridiculousness of sharknado and how many movies there are. Yet Fast and Furious is the epitome of making so many sequels that when you look back at the first, you wouldn't know it was the same series.
No seriously, if you brought back Hobbs and Shaw to the past when there was only the first Fast and Furious, everyone will tell you they don't share the same universe.
