Can anyone tell me if robotic affirmations have to be done mentally? Only mentally? Like, can they be spoken or pronounced? Because I was just speaking, reciting my affirmation and I wasn't doing it mentally, then suddenly I saw a video on Tik Tok where a woman says that robotic affirmations have to be done in the mind and that they can't be spoken/pronounced, I was confused and in doubt and would like to know if this is really true and if it only works if I say it mentally?
I would like to hear the opinion of anyone who has had results with robotic affirmations.
