I'm so impressed with Selena's brand for coming out with 48 Foundation shades. The finish of the foundation is so light, smooth and skin-like😍...and the concealer blended so beautifully with the foundation and they held up so well👌🏾. You go Miss Selena, you go gurl😝.

Drugstore comparison that comes to mind for the concealer is maybelline fit me concealer in terms of natural finish, liquidity consistency, and minimal coverage. Rare beauty concealer is definitely more radiant and glowy though

Hey Andrea, not to bad at all. IDT that I will be purchasing it just because I just got the new NARS foundation but from reviews I saw it doesn't look bad on the skin. I know Jackie's fav product from the line was the blush but i'm not a big blush person.

Yes skin! I like the foundation and concealer too. I think the concealer is closest to the armani luminous silk concealer in texture and finish

If you had to choose between Nars soft matte and Rare Beauty foundation, which one would you recommend? I'm in the market for a new foundation.
NARS!!!!!!
But then again it’s all in preference. If you want matte then NARS. If you want light coverage then Rare. I think they the both very different so I would choose based on preference. But personally I like NARS more.
That’s what I hate when it’s foundation season. There are so many but you can’t afford or don’t need to pick up everything. The pressure from watching YT. Personally, I get initially try to wait until like Black Friday, then maybe I can afford most of what I want.
Shane Robinson Ask yourself what are you looking for in a foundation to help in your decision making. Then sample both and the one that you are comfortable in & looks great on you is the winner. If both looks great that's just your luck.What you want to spent can help narrow things down as well.

The foundation is definitely for light to medium makeup wearers. I reviewed 420n but it was too neutral so I just exchanged it for 430w. Hopefully I'll like foundation a bit more cuz that leaky oil what a major con for me.

I love this foundation, it gives good full coverage without being cakey. But I wish that this foundation had a pump applicator. I can’t tell if I’m running out with the doe foot applicator & bottle, but it lasts a long time!

I bought 2 lipies today and I love them. The matte blush are a no for me, I’m going to try other blushes not on the matte formula. I like how the foundation looks and I want to try the high lighters

You're my shade match so I am just curious.
Cause 470 in Rare Beauty didn’t look like it would work for me it looked darker. I honestly wasn’t going by the ABH shade when I was picking Rare Beauty. I was just watching a lot of reviews and looking at swatches lol.
if you check on sephora you can shade match using a foundation you already use a reference. I use the same shades and Andrea and I also got 460 from Rare and it matched me soooo good!

I don’t believe that the shades are the same. Some of the shade numbers don’t even exist in the other brand. The best thing I did was use the Sephora find my shade tool.
