As a lover of playing SC2, I can say.... I understand its not the most fun game to play ever, especially 1v1, but to me there is absolutely no game that comes anywhere close to how good it looks to watch. Graphics, gameplay, smoothness, clarity, pacing, etc. blows everything else out of the water in terms of spectating
Not to mention the sound design, many of the units have such a punchy firing sound for instance.
I really enjoy you playing sc2. For some reason i found Stormgate really boring to watch and have been missed sc2 content. Still think you should do what you love, I'll get over a few days without UThermal content.
For me SG has too slow speed, I understand that they wanted to make a game which is not so toxic for new players with armies dying in 0.0001s, but still yes, they did it too boring to WATCH. I had an idea that game speed should be sth like proportional to MMR, so at highest level it will be very dynamic as SC2, but still friendly for people who just enjoy the game)

Wasn't his problem more that he opened with Adepts? As far as I can tell, Adepts are good against Terran and Zerg early game, because they mostly make Reaper, Marine, Zergling (respectively obviously), where Adepts are the strongest. But in PvP Stalkers seem just plain stronger, so whoever opens with Stalkers has the upper hand over Adepts, which means there's really not much reason to go for Adepts, unless it's a very specific build/play.
Losing those first 2 units more or less for free, was enough to tip the scales for the rest of the fights. And I've seen the same happen to Uthermal in quite a few of his PvP games.

Haev you ever seen The Settlers as far as RTS go? It's pretty much the complete opposite of starcraft in terms of micro vs macro 😂
Personally I think Achron is the best rts, its a time travel rts. Imagine TENNET

How effective is the guardian shied?
So he hsould of spied and maybe he could of locked you down in your main with the ramp. His execution was commit without spying.. he had neough sentries to make a phoenix, or even a collusus, and run it up to your main base to attakc your probes.... Save two or 1 forcefield. When you tropps move up to deal with this bonkers collusus (or choose a fast unit) then he cna ramp you out of your natural, but he can also use (noone has detection that soon typically) he can spawn in mirage stalkers and intermix it in... which requires higher micro but at taht poitn every shot of dps is extremely important. So better management would of worked. There is ways of spawning irages up cliffs.
i love watching you try new games, if a game doesnt get more views than sc2 im sure youll always do some sc2. but i always want you to try new RTS games.

If you guys want to check out BAR I cast quite alot of it and will be hosting a tournament later this year for a cash prize. I grew up on total annihilation and BAR is definitely a throwback.

You have to understand that there's a fairly large contingent of us who used to get SC2 content every single day, got spoiled, and now are starving for SC2 content.
