John, "None of you guys ever buy what we need when we need it." Sam, "What do you mean I go to Home Depot 11 times a day?" Everyone watching, "I think that's what he was saying."
How long has it been since we have seen John work 3 full video minutes? Maybe 2 minutes? Every episode is his helpers. With countless, "John left somewhere" comments.
You can also just buy a used Cantilever Rack and bolt it to the ground and be done. Or setup two back to back 36" deep pallet racks and do the exact same thing you did (you can have many adjustable (removeable) shelves on one side and then if you want a workbench on the opposite side, you can also do that as well with pallet racking by decking the pallet rack with some heavy plywood and/or metal plate so it's at working level. Then you'd have lots of additional storage over your pallet rack workbench as well as additional storage underneath your workbench. Thank me later.
Very nice job. Hopefully you guys get great use out of it for many years to come. Can't wait to see more videos soon. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friends weld on. Fab on. Keep Building. Stay squirrely. Keep making. God bless.
Mike and the guys. I hope I’m wrong, that said. Don’t you need plates at the L and T connection for lateral racking??? Only because of the weight of the steel and height. I’m only saying that for safety, really don’t want to come off Trollie. Safety first!!! Also , really like the extra wall ideal of this build. Stay squirrellie.
I could be wrong, but I don't think its going to be strong enough to not start flexing over once anything heavy is put on those top shelves. I feel some triangulation is really needed here.
I don't like to be negative. With that said, I wouldn't put too much PVC pipe on that, let alone steel and heavy timber. Very light. By comparison, my 8m racks are made with 250UB and the arms are 150x75x5mm.
What about an overhead I-beam crane to alleviate the future need for turning a "24 piece of steel? Check out Andrew Camerata's crane/hoist, comes in handy.
John, I know the 3 levels series of building is popular but what would it require for you guys to do a 3 Levels of BBQ? Its been a minute since we saw some grilling/ smoking action!
I really mean this in the best way but maybe you guys should consider speeding up your FPS, to me personally it is hard to watch, its choppy. Is it 24fps? Besides that awesome shop
John I’m with you on the real wings and I like the 2 bone section the best. I wish places would make chicken strips/boneless wings from thigh meat. Breast meat is blah.
Steel typically comes in 3 variations. Normal hot rolled/cold rolled is 20' long. pipe is typically 21' long. DOM can be between 21 and 25 ' I'm guessing you guys aren't dealing with much DOM.
Very cool, looking at the height of the walls you could probably sell advertising space up at the tops. It would probably end up in the background of a lot of shots.
I’m ready to see the first “three levels build” in the new shop!
Yeah I love this content too its going tonbe awesome in this shop
Make sure to have a security camera focused on the rack all the time so we can watch it fall over from being severely underbuilt.
A slight "A" frame rack would have been a lot more stable and you could've left it mobile.
So you bolted the mobile shelf unit instantly....lol. nice build and Sam's touch at the end was sweet
John, "None of you guys ever buy what we need when we need it." Sam, "What do you mean I go to Home Depot 11 times a day?" Everyone watching, "I think that's what he was saying."
I love watching you do what you do.
Great idea at the end Sam!! Looks so tidy 😁
Looks great! We have GOT to get a better solution for metal storage at school! Thanks for sharing some great ideas!

Bone in wings at all cost! Boneless wings are just chicken tenders!! Great job on the racks fellas
Pretty sure those smaller rungs are supposed to have a 10° upward angle on them so nothing can slide off
I always enjoy your videos, love the shop too, great job. 👍🏽

Who’s Mike? We added some bracing when we got it up off camera
It's a bad and unsafe design...
Awesome work, guys! Nicely done! 😃
Stay safe there with your families! 🖖😊

You guys should of built April Wilkerson’s metal storage. She had gussets to help support the rack

XD was that a Euro Trip reference @10:23 John?! Classic movie haha
Spray paint the plywood black behind the pegboard and it'll blend a bit better. Good build!
theres going to be a lot of weight on those welded brackets when its full of steel... lets hope the welds hold and nothing bends
I'm looking for a very durable/bouyant epoxy. Any tips?
do you guys plan on having a grinding room? could be cool.
8:45 Sleeve anchors kick ass.
Good work men. It’s nice sometimes
To burn some metal Together
Great video! Have you ever thought about making fishtank stands?
Loving the welding helmet! Go Steelers!!!!
Loves ur videos ! I don’t understand everything cause i’m french but I only watched ur videos since 2 weeks😂
Bottom legs should be longer than the shelves for less squirrelliness
Great job guys!
Oughta rename the channel Sam & Jordan. It seems John is always out of the shop in these videos. ;)

John i keep falling in love with your protective glasses can you tell me what brand it is or do you even have a link for me??
great work team
Didn't you just get rid of a bunch of pallet racking? That would have been an excellent way to add modular storage.
John, I know the 3 levels series of building is popular but what would it require for you guys to do a 3 Levels of BBQ? Its been a minute since we saw some grilling/ smoking action!
Can you send me link how does it finally look
Every project…we are waiting on John

Good job guys
Boneless wings and Wings are different things. Depends on where I am sometimes normal wings can be better.
Bro John. Your wife seemed not impressed with anything lol she seemed annoyed lol body language speaks lol love the videos brother. 🤙
She obviously wasn’t impressed with my comments about all 3 of them being feminine
Is 12 foot and 12 feet the same thing?
John I’m with you on the real wings and I like the 2 bone section the best. I wish places would make chicken strips/boneless wings from thigh meat. Breast meat is blah.
No floor heat pipes in the floor?
Is it camera trickery or did Sam put the wall control panels on at different heights?
The bottom leg is not long enough.
Also @rickstar is pretty right. Tho i understand why yiu may not want to do the A frame.
Steel typically comes in 3 variations.

DOM can be between 21 and 25 '
I'm guessing you guys aren't dealing with much DOM.
Funny thing is that, the piece of chicken you were holding up.. is not a part of the wing… it’s a drumstick which is part of the leg…
Nice job
Lincoln Electric make Darlicks now?
Hey, do you guys still have your PO box? I haven't seen the address in the last few videos...
Are you guys still going to roll out the course about building a wood working business?
Jordan says you should never do it, yet he's tasted the rubio!

When OHSA asks to see the stamped engineered drawings and capacity ratings. 😳
Great content! The edit was rough. Too choppy. Too many zoom-ins and zoom-outs. Tough to watch.
BONELESS FTW!! lol i dont have time to waste with bones
As someone from Buffalo, wings all the way! Unless they're baked and not fried, in which find some other place to get some lol
Nice karaoke at workbenchcon!
did or could you brace the rack to the ceiling someway
Boneless wings. I absolutely hate eating around the bone. It’s so inefficient that it honestly makes me mad 😄 I want to dip and go!
Boneless > Bone in Wings [beacuse I inhale food like Kirby inhales a car(new Kirby game refrence)😅]
To bad you couldn't put it on wheels since the counter would counter weight it it should not tip over.
Boneless are just Chicken Nuggets/Tenders. Traditional wings (Bone In) is the only way to go.
I'm here for bear :)
3:54 says the guy who sticks his tongue in Rubio Monocoat
Real wings of course........ shouldn't have to ask that ?.....
Lucky number sleven!!!!
Cantilever rack is what it call
👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
The A Team would love to be trapped in that shop.
There's wings. Then there's nuggets. What's the debate?
lol. Grounding is not the reason my welds suck.
"I go to home depot 11 times a day" I think that's what he was getting at Sam LOL
8 views and 6 likes... Wow that's some quick early engagement
It’s quickly became the Sam and Jordan channel
Real wings all day every day. If I want chicken nuggets I'll order chicken nuggets.
Yes ninja yes
Dammit Jordan!! (no reason other than it feels right to yell at him)
Bone in wings all the way, John! Forget the chicken nuggets!
I'm from Buffalo. It's illegal to call those chicken nuggets wings
and where is my epoxy toilet made out of poos? (smiley face)
Boneless wings are nothing but Nuggies in disguise!
Boneless Wings are just Nuggets
Metallic Squirrely
BONELESS!!!
No if you’re gonna eat wings they’re gonna have bones it’s bones that’s why they’re wings and a little legs
Boneless Wings = Nuggets!
Real wings all the way.
Need some projects that are things that normal people can do, or at least strive to, not dream shop stuff that normal people can’t even imagine.
John "The Builder" doesn't even do anything anymore, lol. It should be Sam and Jordan's channel at this point.
Bone In wings taste way better! All of my friends are the same, all boneless…
I dont think John works there anymore. lol
BONE IN
I say boneless. Why pay so much when half of the wing is bone?
Boneless wings is just chicken nuggets not wings.
Hey buddddy
Boneless = nugget. Doesn't even taste the same and doesn't rate being called a wing
Bones>nones
Real wings aren't white meat. The flavor's in the dark meat. :D
Boneless wings are just McNuggets…bone in wings are better
