Beautiful vid! If you are always changing up your system, you're gonna have problems dialing in your numbers (boil off rate, mash efficiency etc) - but amazing tasting beer comes out in the end and that's awesome
Great video as always. Love this idea. Would love to see more videos like this with other Brewtubers. Glad you sent me to TroubleBrewing channel. Never seen his videos before but will be watching more. Thanks.
Beer looks good and I enjoy Matt's content too. I love that you brewed "Matt's Recipe" but change the grains, hops and yeast! (though I might not count using some acidulated malt as a change to the grain bill)
Also, stainless fermenting is fantastic, but I also enjoy the clarity a FermZilla provides. If you had to pick between the two, which would you prefer?
Tough choice! The stainless is so easy to clean!!! For these 2 though, as is, I usually go with the Fermzilla. Now of the stainless could handle pressure, it would be a different story! Cheers!
I noticed that you have a television hanging above your keezer. Could you tell me what the purpose of that and how I can set that up for my garage brewery? I think it is a great idea for monitoring and have seen some other brewers do the same thing. Great videos and thank you for the input!
You probably figured it out later but a “coffee cup” is like 5oz of liquid which could by you were short after sparging with 40 “cups” of water which is approx 1.5 gallons. 🍻
Do you find any difference when using 3 pot system. Currently I 10 gal BIAB been thinking about adding a cooler for mash and use a 20 gal for HTL. but didn’t know what I would actually gain for the extra steps
Promote fellow brewtubers and try something new. Great idea, great video! Side note, I use a Reactor Fermenter as well and have run into the same issue with the gasket in the past. Whoops! lol Learned to let the lid dry after sanitization so that it stays in place.
Love the video man! To be honest though you changed his recipe WAY too much for it to be called a clone or re-brew of his original. Glad it turned out nice and crispy regardless
This was alot of fun! Enjoyed the Lager! Cheers!
Wow super impressed with how clear that came out! Great idea to brew other people's recipes :)
Those look like some tasty beverages. Cheers Brian. 🍻
That clarity though! This was a fun idea
Cheers Trent!!!
Always enjoy the videos! True video of how some of my brew days have gone haha.
Looks like some tasty beer! I likes me some clear beer! Cheers!
Stellar video as always, cheers!
This is a great idea for a series. Right on
Literally had the exact same thing happen with my reactor gasket last weekend. Great videos, keep up the good work.
I go to Bencomos whenever in Fresno as well

Good stuff as always teach! I think you should have just changed it up again and sent him a stout
Great video and both beers look amazing. Definitely plan to add those to the recipe list.

Great collab and great looking light lager! One question: do I need to drop a gasket in the wort to get the same results? 😂
🤣 oh for sure!!! Cheers Steve!!!
As brewing goes, shit happens. The final product looks 👍
brewing anymore light lagers before the year is over? im working on another. home grown tettnang and saaz

I’ve got my taplist up there. I use an app for an Amazon firestick called taplist.io. It’s super easy to set up, cheers 🍻
@@ElementaryBrewingCo That’s Awesome! Thank you!
You are still the best at motivating me. Screw ups or not.
Thanks!!!
oooh! I wanna play!
Ahh yeah, I’d love too!!! I’ve brewed a few of your recipes all ready, always good!!!!
Hey... it is TROUBLE Brewing's recipe anyway.
It would only make sence if nothing went right. I think you nailed it. Cheers 🍻💯🍻

I usually see a bit better efficiency but it does take more time and effort to set up/clean.
Lol. One heck of a drew dar, and recipe. Lol
just like that I'm thirsty

Hey maybe we could collab for something like this!!!
@@ElementaryBrewingCo Absolutely! Let's talk. Email good?

Oh for sure, definitely not a clone. I dropped the ball on checking my ingredients before brew day 🤦🏻♂️
Great video, and totally open to a recipe exchange if you're ever interested, cheers! 🍻
For sure!!!
