Thanks for the demo! I just got my air fryer today and made some muffins (in silicone cups). I have made individual coconut bread before in the microwave but didn’t like the texture. I’ll be trying your recipe soon.
Interesting recipe. Would like to see how Indian fry bread or pita bread turns out in the Air Fryer. Watching your demo's and others on the 'Air Fryer' doesn't impress me enough to buy one. Prefer oven fried technique better with cast iron and trivets. Air Fryer does not have the ability to get a good brown. The one advantage of the Air Fryer, is it doesn't heat up your kitchen like the oven does. Hugs Wanda, for sharing this. No commercial can beat a real demo like this does! You just saved me over $$$$. Blessings and love!
LOL I like cooking enough for just one person when I want a snack. But for the most part, I cook in volume and have for several days. So it is the big oven for me most days.
Homemade strawberry or blueberry syrup drizzled on top and garnish the cake with the berries would taste good and be very pretty. Thanks for sharing, Wanda!
I wondered about flavor when I saw there was no salt or sugar added to the mix. Years ago I had tried experimenting with coconut flour baking, and by itself I personally never liked it. It was fine when mixed with other gf flours as long as not too much. I wonder about the texture, is it spongy? I know you guys said it taste slightly of egg and just made me think due to the amount of egg:flour ratio that was possible. Also to add flavor, I was thinking it might be a nice one to try adding garlic, salt and maybe basil to go with some dishes. For breakfast dishes maybe a touch of cinnamon and some raisins added. I don't have an air fryer, does that bake it faster than if you baked it in the toaster oven/oven?
You can always play with it and make your own variances. I used the air fryer, but saw it cooked in a microwave! LOL Yes cooking several in an oven or toaster oven would be easy to do. Just adjust the tempts.
Did the recipe call for 2 eggs Wanda? It looked like too much to me. Either that or a bit more flour? It was more like a thickened omelette. If you do it again will you adjust it? If you could perfect the balance, you could do a batch of rolls in your proper oven and freeze them so Danny has something more bread than cake like for burgers or sandwiches. He'd really like that.
SO DANNY CAN'T HAVE BREADS WITH GLUTEN... IT LOOKS LIKE YORKSHIRE PUDDING. THAT REALLY HAS NO TASTE EITHER, SOME PEOPLE MAKE IT IN MUFFIN CUPS, AND ITS MADE WITH REGULAR FLOUR.. BUT TRY IT WITH GRAVY OVER IT.. I'VE SEEN HIM EAT GRAVY, OR! A SAUSAGE PATTY, OR MUTTON PATTY? A DANNY BURGER :)
Try cloud bread. Made with egg whites...I also like to add garlic and herb seasoning to my breads for extra flavor...
I have made that on several occasions.
What a neat idea. I may have to get one of those air fryers.
Girl, you’re really tempting me with that air fryer! I love seeing all you can do with it.. So glad you like the jelly! 😊 Miss you!! 💗
I am adding that beautyberry jelly to everything!
I have a TON more! I’ll bring a couple on my next visit. 😉
We may have to have Christmas in July!! 😃
Hey thank you I could probably do that without messing it up you have a blessed day

Looks like mighty good stuff!

Looks interesting and worth tweaking.
could put garlic in it?

Just thought about the adding a touch of honey or maple syrup in the batter for a little flavor too.

Crazy Dazes why did you choose to do it in an air fryer vs an oven? I'm really not familiar with them.
mustard in it would neutralize the egg taste. Microwave 90 seconds and see ehow it does. Then you could brown it in a skillet with butter
I don't have a microwave.

It was great and really had a bread texture. I loved it with the jelly. I will probably make a big batch and use the regular oven. They can be frozen.
Great tips
Love your top! My stile!
Coconut in any form is on of the healthiest oil infused items out there, thank you for sharing this awesome video 💚😉👍👍👍👍
MAY BE YOU CAN CALL IT A EGG ROLL
Kkk
