You can try to show the dish/pan at every possible step as when we try to follow the recipe visual appearance step by step will help us follow your recipe at its best. A camera exactly on top of the stove would help to achieve this.

Hi Chef ! Nice video, sometimes I've seen Jabbar Bhai use hot water once the meat is added, here he is using normal water. Can you please explain the difference and tell which is preferred for best output. Thanks in advance!
The general suggestion is to add hot water to ensure that the cooking process of meat is not disturbed with reduced temperature when water is at room temperature. However, its absolutely the choice of the one who cooks. In this case, he has added normal water as its added in the beginning itself. Technically, the initial frying of meat in masala browns the meat and adding normal water reduces the temperature and enables the slow cooking, resulting super soft meat. In case of solid -gram (gm)
In case of liquid -millilitres
Example - 1 ml of liquid is equal to 1 gram of rice
Wrong. 1 ml of water is not equal to 1gram of oil
