Somewhere comfy to sit - Prop yourself up in bed, sit back in your office chair, or make yourself a nook out of pillows! 5. Listening to exploring/working video game and movie music while working and studying is like the greatest brain hack ever. I listen to calm exploring and building music from games like Minecraft, Zelda BOTW and TOTK, Hogwarts Legacy, and Animal Crossing, and I'm transported into "happy relaxed work" mode. I made a whole playlist for my favorite study music like this.
