Your video is the 2nd place I've seen the term baqueteo. So I was inquiring what you mean by "baqueteo". Maybe when I actually study your video, a similarity will become clear.

Yes correct, it’s the palm tip motion or “shuffle” with your non dominant hand. In my case, it’s done with my right hand because I’m left handed.
