He's really big here. He has to weigh over 200 pounds at the time of this recording. His shoulders and traps are massive.

Henry was absolutely at his heaviest (most muscular in 1997). He weighed 210 pounds that year. All the years of heavy weight lifting gave him a very bulky physique by 1997. He would reduce size after this and would eventually stop lifting heavy weights entirely and lose 60 pounds of muscle over the years. He was at his thinnest in around 2011.

Rollins in the 90s seemed more articulate and zen than his 80s Black Flag run. Equally as dangerous, intense, and nihilistic in both decades no doubt. His best friend being murdered right beside him had to have shook up his worldview and overall life philosophy.
