Addy’s death was so sad. Constance was trying to drag her body over to the property, so she can be another ghost of the house.
Also, I remember watching the school scene when the episode first came out. Dude. It was terrifying to me.
Again Jessica Lange knocks it out of the ball park. Amazing actress she's won every award in the book.

I remember when this episode aired, shootings at this point weren’t as common. I remember there was a warning a school shooting had happened that same day or the day before and it was so similar to this (I’m sure someone read up on columbine and that’s where they got the idea) and oh man did Ryan Murphy get an ear full for still airing this episode and just giving a warning
@@fippywipall of AHS seasons are based on real life stories. season 1 was based on the murders of nurses in 1966, columbine, wineville chicken coop murders and of course Manson murders but I feel like these were more fan based killings but still based on very real things

This show is so damn good!
Im curious how teenagers these days would be able to handle episode 6, when shootings are now the number one cause of child deaths. Obviously its always been shocking and disturbing, but i definitely didnt consider that scene as scary when j watched it, as i would now if i was still in high school.
Theres also a scene in Scream 6 that freaks me out.. a lot of horror will definitely make you super paranoid of the world around you.. and then you have the real stuff happening, too.. school shootings, theatre shootings, road rage incidents, war, unsafe commercial products, etc.
Theres a great line in the 2nd season that i always think back to, "All monsters are human"
It's definitely scary, and we understand the weight behind it, but I'd say it doesn't shock most of us. It's different from real life, of course.
