This was a solid episode. Our lives are literally a reflection of the decisions we've made or didn't make. I'd like to credit my intuition and self-respect/awareness for my good decision making. All the times that I've made "poor" decisions, were when I was out of alignment. Tune in and tune out!

I love the type of episodes you guys do as always! But for this you this were spot on i think the only thing left for me is to find the right people to be around cause I definitely feel isolated by my decision making skill because i tend to do the thinking backwards from the life i want thing and it definitely helped me a lot. But the downside is everyone’s not always willing to humble themselves or sacrifice to make those necessary decisions. Well done as always!!! ❤️🔥🙌🏾
I think to make better decisions, you need to have a good level of self control or discipline.
If you can control yourself from reacting straight off of an emotion, or what feels comfortable for you, you allow yourself to think it through. Then You can make better decisions .
