You need to delve more into the basics of Pakistani cuisine. I absolutely love the flavors and food. Non-stick use krna essential hn iss recipe mein warna 1/2 tablespoon se kaam nhi chlga. The chances of your pan burning/food charr are higher.
Plz do share more videos like this as i’m trying to change my mindset regarding to food. We desi thinks without oil there’s no taste and that’s not true 😊

My mom makes chicken makhni in a different way. She adds in tomatoes and instead of adding lots of cream she adds in yogurt and like a tiny bit of cream at the end (because I ask her to) and it tastes super good
