It is the same sound on a loop in the entire video but you simply added more notes. That doesn't sound good you need more variation.
I think you should use more variation and not just looping a short thing. I think reusing something is ok if it's not too much.
I'm not a musician so my help is limited but I hope this comment helps you anyways to improve and i'm looking forward to hear you're next music.

You're not wrong, i kinda agree that this is literally just the same thing repeated with extra stuff but its as close as i could get from the original song (this is a remake, not mine)
