Absolutely love Daniel man, such a great figure in the world of Chess and went more than above and beyond to play chess with my 6 year old daughter when we met at the local Charlotte NC club that he frequents. Absoutely changed her life with chess getting to play with a Grandmaster. Such a gem!

Lazavik and Woodward finished at 8.5/13 and 8/13 respectively, and clearly showed that their OTB blitz ratings are just massively deflated from lack of OTB play -- not that their online performances are suspect. The only online crusher who had a bad tournament was Naka, and if you think he's cheating then you're just kind of an idiot.
Danya, there's a 9 round FIDE-rated blitz tournament at the Marshall every month (and a USCF-rated one every week)! It often attracts strong players like Mikola Bortnyk, Andrew Tang, Brewington Hardaway, Max Dlugy, and more. I am sure the club/members would be happy to cover your travel expenses if you came & gave a simul or short lecture along with participating in the tournament
