I have learned SOooo much from Dennis and this channel! From spinning reels, low profile baitcasters, to saltwater trolling reels! Dennis is the standard for which we all aspire to become. Thanks Dennis for your channel!
@ yes very disappointing. I didn’t have much money back then and most of it went into fishing gear so it was a big blow. Taught me a lesson though. Cheers 👍
David must do a lot of offshore fishing! I’m too old for that now. I have fished with a few Sealine reels on a few charters I went on many years ago. They are very fine reels in my opinion. Those two e-clips did not appear to be the same size. Those gears are quite impressive! Are you sure you put that handle on in the same position you removed it? I’m sure the owner can easily move it so it;s not really an issue. You did an incredible job on this massive reel. I’m happy the owner knew where to send this reel as you are the best! - Chris
@ you’re welcome Dennis. Oh yeah i can see why. I should get on my little brother and have him let me clean up one of his BIG Penn Senators lol. I think he has from the 2/0 all the way up to the 12/0 i think. He maybe missing a few in between, i don’t remember lol.
Charles, the Sealine 600 isn't that big. They are impressive for a Daiwa reel, and built like a tank. A bargain for a medium sized reel with impressive drag. I own two of the Sealine 900 reels an one of the Sealine 910 "Rock Cod" reels. The Rock Cod reel came with a handle that makes the reel appear to be a boat trailer winch. I keep the Rock Cod spooled with wire for shark fishing.

You bet. I appreciate the kind feedback and glad to hear that it helps - Best wishes - Dennis
The little springs are what give me fits! thanks ////bill
You definitely have to keep an eye out for them. They have a habit of going missing! Thanks
I used to have a 450h but someone wanted it more than I did and stole it from my car along with other reels. It was a great reel and very solid built.
Sorry to hear that, must have hurt!
I hate when that happens. That is a shame. - Dennis
@ don’t trust anyone Dennis. As they say opportunity makes the thief. All the best from Oz

Great Video as usual. I own a few of the Sealine reels and as others have said they are built like tanks!
I agree - they are a classic! Hard to beat in more ways than one!
