I saw the "Esashi Jinku Festival," a spring festival in Esashi, Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture.
I did not have a chance to go there very often, but this year

　Mizusawa: Hidaka Fire Prevention Festival
I have seen the following two festivals, so I would like to keep this one under control.
I also visited the Esashi Jinku performance at the Oshu-Maezawa Spring Festival because of its "impact".
The spectacular Nenshu-ren stage, the "Hyakushika Grand Swarm Dance" on an overwhelming scale, and the "Esashi Jinku Grand Parade".
It was well worth seeing.
The area is also associated with the Oshu Fujiwara clan, but due to time, energy, and SD capacity, I was not able to walk around the town.

There is a unique custom in Oshu City in which classmates form a team around a bad year and take on the role of enlivening the community by organizing events and performing.
In managing events, communication within the team and advice from the older team members help to build a stronger community.
Today, local communities tend to be weak.
It makes me think that there is a way to do things this way.
