Thank you for mentioning the pelvic prolapse very little is spoken of this and I think.it affects far more women than we know. I didn't even know what one was until my pelvic floor prolapsed and it took a long time before I was comfortable getting help. Great doctor thanks for this podcast.
I am a Catholic and very religious and theological. I am grateful for this conversation on human sexuality as it is very scientific. The Christian faith needs objective facts and truths about sex, which is really about the human body. This should factor in Christian morals and ethics. The Church should listen to this scientific propositions because they resemble the way the human nature has been designed by God, something very crucial in reaching what's moral and proper to the human body. Kudos, and thanks again!
The Bible is scientifically God's Design , thats the word of God , the scientific instructions are there , don't put your trust in humans some that are called scientists but put your trust to The Creator of Science , Theology and The Whole Universe , God knows better not men , men think they know better thats why they sin but God knows better and is warning us and helping us with the Instructions manual The Bible , it never says to Masturbate , Masturbate energetically phonetically and linguisticically comes from MASTER+BAIT= MASTUR+BATE . Literally the Trap Master Bait of Satan ... Its a bait from the master black magician .... Read The Full Bible and the removed books from it especially The Book of Enoch .Read about the lives of The Saints , get into orthodox Christianity , the narrow path .
Semen can create life. Why waste life force by masturbating all the time? A lot of stories I hear when someone stops masturbating so much or stop completely, their life is much better. Less brain fog, less anxiety, no depression.
This is amazing! I love discussing similar topics with clients and followers. Gonna share this with my clients as necessary, thanks for the knowledge! Loving this episode ❤
And some of that knowledge is wrong. She says it's not a problem to masturbate excessively as long as it doesn't hinder daily activities. Too frequent orgasms for men definitely takes a toll on health. From generalized fatigue, stressing your endocrine system, stress on the kidneys, overall strength decrease, and if you believe in eastern medicine, chi flow disruption, brain fog (loss of sharpness/memory). I once had sex everyday with a girl who was living with me for a year straight. I can attest that letting my sperm out for 365+ days straight absolutely took a toll on my health and I started experiencing many of the symptoms above. Overall, I was just weaker and tired. Before overindulgence in sex, I was a strong as a bull and had lots of energy. Too much sex got me low energy and more dulled out and I physically got weaker.
I've been on an infertility journey for the last 4 years and the words spoken in this podcast could not be more true, I used to drink, smoked cannabis and not look after myself - after turning it all around and having various tests over the years I have improved the concentration, motility and numbers in my sperm count exponentially! No or low sugar intake, a healthy lifestyle, good foods, no saunas, low caffeine intake! - natural fats and resistance training is everything I've added a huge impact is keeping your genitals COOL - I used frozen packs down there 20mins a day!! looking after your gut - I've cleared skin problems I had for years and am at the best I've ever felt - regular ejaculation also is key!
@@Divisiononebasketball of course yes but terrible for fertility issue's due to the heat, for optimum results testicles need to be kept cool as much as possible. I cannot wait to get back in the sauna once I've completed my next round!

Such a wide-ranging conversation on a crucial topic; tremendously insightful. Thank you both for your candor in confronting this subject and for sharing your your knowledge.
Another thoroughly enjoyable episode! You consistently have great guests on. Even though I have heard much of this content before, I had not heard from this doctor in particular. She was very knowledgeable and articulate. I think we have to continually update ourselves on sex (no matter how old we are), rather than thinking we know it all -- as new knowledge on the topic is always coming to the fore.
I thought the correlation between frequent ejaculation and less prostate cancer isn't causal and more likely that men who want to masturbate/have sex have a healthy sex drive which means they're just more healthy overall. (Or more specifically, those who have increasingly less desire for sexual activity are worn out, stressed out, unhealthy, and hence are already at a higher risk.)
@@pretzelsmakemethirsty there is zero problems with ejaculating, unless you coom so much that your organism gets a deficit of potassium/zinc (you need to coom a lot for that tho, more than 10 times a day for multiple days)
Wow!! What an amazing interview! I am grateful to you both for talking so plainly and straightforwardly about sexual health in such an accessible manner.
This is the problem with these kind of studies. There’s no checking in on the spiritual side of things. Porn is bad not just another form of entertainment smh. That’s how desensitized we have become now a days.
Fair, but she did disclaim it by saying that it can be subjective and is more of a mental/moral/psychological aspect of sex. I don't think she ignores that aspect (she acknowledges it in some of her examples and opinions), it's just that the psychological aspect is not her expertise so she can't fully comment on it🤷🏿♂️.
If thats the only thing you got out of this conversation you have deeper issues. You are doing yourself a disservice by not having the ability to have adult conversation about sexuality and the human body without moraly punishing yourserlf.
This world is so messed up. Single people are having sex more than married people. I feel bad for people with cancer down there. Lack of sex can ruin a marriage. I always want it within reason. (hyper-sexual). My wife never wants it (hypo-sexual). Ironically, I want it more because she denies me so much. It’s almost like a backlog of work orders. They just don’t go away Life is not fair. We always want what we can’t have
Your right, I made the decision to change everything but I still needed God's help to keep me on track and he absolutely did that! That is why I will CONTINUE to praise his holy name 🙏🏻. May God bless you too.
The biggest thing you do is let your guests talk. The second biggest thing you do is you ask intelligent questions and truly listen. Oh, and you have some of the most fascinating people talking about the most fascinating subjects.
Like what Your just cleaning out the gland if you don’t the dead cells can cause issues If you can get a erection easy that say a lot about your health just like your eyes and your teeth say the same about you well being
This was such an amazing episode! These issues are so important and not talked about at all in healthcare unless the person has an issue! Amazing! Thank you for this!
I am so glad I came of age before online porn. I look at that stuff and it just isn't real. I have learned something from every woman I have known and the most important thing I learned is that they are all different. I had to learn how to respond to their needs without them giving explicit instructions. Often we were both trying to figure things out and wow that was so much fun.
In a subtle way, excess ejaculation will diminish your ability to take risks both spirituality and professionally. From my personal experience & many others. But don’t just quote me on it. Try it. Notice how you feel in the moments and days after ejaculation. There’s an emptiness, a depression. Lack of cutting through energy. Then notice how you feel after a week of not ejaculating. Notice how it feels to walk into a room and speak to people, to go to the gym and lift weights. Notice the feeling you get of wanting to serve others. It’s not to be missed Don’t let these online ‘gurus’ fool you, but don’t just take my word for it - try it x
youre talking about psychology that is going to vary widely from person to person, aside from that its an exercise not a crime or a sin, so stay in shape and dont beat yourself up over it (gratis joke op for anyone interested) id wager, the reason you have the experience youve described is because you have associated negative stigma with the act i.e. you feel better over all because you haven't been doing what you believe to be bad
Why are you depressed about it? This is telling of YOUR mental state and attitude towards sexual activity, and has nothing to do with the activity itself.
masturbation without ejaculation brought me to a whole new level of spiritual awareness. Learning the technique from the original Left Hand Path at Reversal Flow and learning how right before the ejaculation how to shoot that flow of energy down your spine all the way to your pineal gland.
Dr. Malik is truly exceptional and is destined to become a prominent expert in her profession and field of study. This Podcast was extremely helpful and very informative. I think it will enable more men to consider their sexual health and well being as well as improve their relationships. In all my years I have only had one Doctor who expressed an interest in my sexual health. Most of the Urologist I have been to have never taken the time to satisfy my concern or educate me various issues and matters. Dr. Malik's objectives are spot on. More time should be spent on educating our youth as many are in crisis right now. As she pointed out. This has always been taboo topic of discussion in families and there definitely is a void in education. Well done! Thank you so much Mr. Barrett and Dr Malik!
Dr. Rena Malik is one of the best and most interesting sexual educators that I've listened to in my 90 years of life and she does it with great humility. I sincerely applaud her for that. We need people like her to visit the classrooms of our country and teach sex the way it should be taught. She has a great resevoir of knowledge and shares it willingly without a price tag attached to it. Her personal podcastes are numerous and full of so much information. I applaud her for her generosity !! Besides being a great teacher, she is a great Doctor and sets a great example for others to follow. I wish her well and congratulate her for her achievements.
Awesome to see @RenaMalikMD joining you on DOAC! Both of you inspire me to keep supporting men to overcome performance Anxiety & erection challenges. So this video & seeing you linking up brought a great start to Monday!
And now make a video on the serious problem with porn, the link to the breakdown of relationships and to human trafficking. I would recommend Matt Fradd as guest.
Yea I think this woman has a naive view of porn. Because of how sex impacts the brain, pornography essentially short-circuits other systems, undermining secure attachment and intimacy. Frequent porn viewing is associated with lower sexual satisfaction. Pornography use begets loneliness, and loneliness begets pornography use.

A deadly weapon.

The absolute best informative talk about this topic that I have EVER heard.
Best most informative interview I've seen... Dr. M is absolutely amazing... usually don't comment... she deserves it... she's absolutely amazing!
Excellent commentary from Rena - very authentic and human rather than over educationalized and theoretical.
I've been fighting cancer vociferously, persistently for years.
I pray that God heals your body in the name of Jesus god please clear the cancer out of his body
There are only so many hours in a day and just so much time for programs but The Diary of a CEO is one I don't like to miss. This particular one is quite outstanding too. Dr. Rena is amazing, I wish we could have had access to this kind of info when I was a much younger guy. :) Thanks to everyone!
I believe masrerbation and pornography are cause of marriage failures.😢
Great conversation! Learnt a lot from this episode. Thank you Dr Rena Malik!
Thank you, Steven and Dr Rena Malik for this very informative, genuine conversation! I learnt so much from it! ❤
Kudos, and thanks again!
it wasn't designed by anyone.Look at auto-immune diseases as a proof that there is no inteligent design of our bodies.
They was God before scientific things. If you believe in God there is no prostate cancer. He created this universe.
Just get a wife bruh
Christian morals and ethics… the epitome of “do as I say, not as I do”.
Very infomative episode, no one teaches these things at any level and to get to learn about all this for free is just amazing thank you very much!
Semen can create life. Why waste life force by masturbating all the time? A lot of stories I hear when someone stops masturbating so much or stop completely, their life is much better. Less brain fog, less anxiety, no depression.
Yeah but you nut way quicker when having sex
This is amazing! I love discussing similar topics with clients and followers. Gonna share this with my clients as necessary, thanks for the knowledge! Loving this episode ❤
This woman is amazing. So much knowledge. There’s no thinking, she just instantly responds
Just bc someone is quick with an answer does not mean their information is correct. Just saying as I feel like it’s a huge misconception.
No saunas? Saunas are the best thing you can do for heart health and longevity.
@@Divisiononebasketball of course yes but terrible for fertility issue's due to the heat, for optimum results testicles need to be kept cool as much as possible. I cannot wait to get back in the sauna once I've completed my next round!
@@owenjones63 Oh I’m an empty nester so I don’t worry about that. I actually used sauna regularly before I had kids. I have two kids, one a graduate of Northeastern University and the other studying engineering at Berkeley. I’m not worried about infertility.
You ask many of the right questions in your interviews, which keeps drawing me back to watch/listen. THanks.
That was a great interview. She’s a wealth of information, and very articulate. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation. Thank you both.

You're never too old to learn something new thanks to Dr. Rena Malik.❤
Such a wide-ranging conversation on a crucial topic; tremendously insightful. Thank you both for your candor in confronting this subject and for sharing your your knowledge.
Wow, this is very enlightening. Finally a real conversation instead of the eggshell kind of discussion. Rina is wonderful.
Love this woman! She's very thoughtful, knowledgeable and open-minded. We need more like her.
Over here..
I am grateful for your kind comment, darling…
We too 😂
Noticed that she is intelligent as a person Not just saying what she reads or read in books!
Welp - i CERTIANLY won't be getting any prostate cancer
😂
Great interview - open, honest, frank, probing and dealing with a subject not raised or considered enough.
@@pretzelsmakemethirsty I never said there was a problem with it lol.
You should probably put more thought into your argument than “porn is bad” if ur gonna make a comment like this.
How do you measure “spiritual” harm using the scientific method?
100 percent porn is a sin!
If thats the only thing you got out of this conversation you have deeper issues. You are doing yourself a disservice by not having the ability to have adult conversation about sexuality and the human body without moraly punishing yourserlf.
This is my new TED Talk. I love this show.
They just don’t go away
Life is not fair.
We always want what we can’t have

21 times is only bronze tier achievement. You still gotta do silver, gold, platinum, and diamond tiers. Stay healthy
It's good to get all 21 times done on the first day, so you have the rest of the month free for other things.
Your right, I made the decision to change everything but I still needed God's help to keep me on track and he absolutely did that! That is why I will CONTINUE to praise his holy name 🙏🏻. May God bless you too.
This should be shown to grade 12 students not any younger. It is excellent

This is why schools now just do the bare basics

It might prevent prostate cancer but it can certainly cause other health problems
Like what Your just cleaning out the gland if you don’t the dead cells can cause issues If you can get a erection easy that say a lot about your health just like your eyes and your teeth say the same about you well being
She is a professional. Really nice explanation, easy, smooth, confident!
As a woman, I commend you. 👏👊
I miss the days of waiting for the porn pic to load
Thats why you watch amateur category
@@hanskazan7403 Yeah but I am not a fan of cellulite, stretch marks, razor burn and butt pimples. I do get your point however.
It's called amateur porn. Before it went online, there was way less available. You came of age when it was mostly produced by studios.
Thanks!
Thank you for your support! 🙏
It’s not to be missed
Don’t let these online ‘gurus’ fool you, but don’t just take my word for it - try it x
I get you.
youre talking about psychology that is going to vary widely from person to person, aside from that its an exercise not a crime or a sin, so stay in shape and dont beat yourself up over it (gratis joke op for anyone interested)
id wager, the reason you have the experience youve described is because you have associated negative stigma with the act i.e. you feel better over all because you haven't been doing what you believe to be bad
Why are you depressed about it? This is telling of YOUR mental state and attitude towards sexual activity, and has nothing to do with the activity itself.
Way of Islam my brother!
You lost me at "spiritually".
Brilliant… clear, precise, deep, caring … such a wonderful interview. Thank you so very much.
So happy congrats and excited to see what amazing new talks you have coming. Great epiaode watching w hubby great episode
masturbation without ejaculation brought me to a whole new level of spiritual awareness. Learning the technique from the original Left Hand Path at Reversal Flow and learning how right before the ejaculation how to shoot that flow of energy down your spine all the way to your pineal gland.
watch out, they don't want to hear that. these ''docs'' are all against retaining our semen.
But masterbation is good I love that feeling

I would recommend Matt Fradd as guest.
Edit; porn, not morning.
Decriminalize prostitution.
@@gordo3582 But like how people can drink responsibly or abuse alcohol, isn't it the same with porn?

WoW! What an excellent conversation! You know the saying "I wish I knew then what I know now". This is one of those super important (for me) learning and experience processes that did not get discussed commonly in the 70's when I was growing up. I wish I knew it then. Now it matters very differently in my 60"s. Divorced twice and this type of open conversation would have, I'm sure saved us all much pain. Thank you both for a great job. I will continue to watch. Sometimes with tears..

However, my personal workouts haven't been functional since the pandemic. (2021-24) I was training clients outdoors primarily. I wasn't exercising with them like I did indoors. Now..my personal workouts have suffered. I basically hammer out free weights (bro split) for 45-60 mins.. just to keep me physically aestetic. I don't train myself.. like I train my clients. This video has inspired me to make my personal workouts functional again. I'm 55. I look fit as fuk.. but I want to look AND feel fit. Thanks for the great content and inspiration. 🙏🏽💪🏽
