Hey, smoother intro. But this is not a Casey Niestadt video so your new editors need to go a little easier on cutting out every silence. This is a data rich conversation and just like you took breaths in order to continue speaking, the listener needs tiny pauses in order to mentally digest the information. Plus, it just sounds more natural and less choppy.

I beg that young men be educated around their body and how vital it is for having yearly checks .
Female s at a tender agee struggle with menstrual pain, pregnancy discomfort, birthing pain but we as females talk about it.
Men don't, much to their demise.
I think its necessary that men push their pride aside and listen to the message their bodies sends them.

The reason ejaculation lowers risk of prostate cancer is because we live unhealthy lives to begin with.
Thus the prostate then benefits from a regular flush by ejaculation.
There was a study done on the christian monks of mount Athos.
These monks never ejaculate. And yet they were 5 times less likely to get prostate cancer than the general population.
Its because these monks eat healthy, do physical work, sleep well and experience a strong sense of community.

I am a Catholic and very religious and theological. I am grateful for this conversation on human sexuality as it is very scientific. The Christian faith needs objective facts and truths about sex, which is really about the human body. This should factor in Christian morals and ethics. The Church should listen to this scientific propositions because they resemble the way the human nature has been designed by God, something very crucial in reaching what's moral and proper to the human body. Kudos, and thanks again!

The Bible is scientifically God's Design , thats the word of God , the scientific instructions are there , don't put your trust in humans some that are called scientists but put your trust to The Creator of Science , Theology and The Whole Universe , God knows better not men , men think they know better thats why they sin but God knows better and is warning us and helping us with the Instructions manual The Bible , it never says to Masturbate , Masturbate energetically phonetically and linguisticically comes from MASTER+BAIT= MASTUR+BATE .
Literally the Trap Master Bait of Satan ... Its a bait from the master black magician .... Read The Full Bible and the removed books from it especially The Book of Enoch .Read about the lives of The Saints , get into orthodox Christianity , the narrow path .

And some of that knowledge is wrong. She says it's not a problem to masturbate excessively as long as it doesn't hinder daily activities. Too frequent orgasms for men definitely takes a toll on health. From generalized fatigue, stressing your endocrine system, stress on the kidneys, overall strength decrease, and if you believe in eastern medicine, chi flow disruption, brain fog (loss of sharpness/memory). I once had sex everyday with a girl who was living with me for a year straight. I can attest that letting my sperm out for 365+ days straight absolutely took a toll on my health and I started experiencing many of the symptoms above. Overall, I was just weaker and tired. Before overindulgence in sex, I was a strong as a bull and had lots of energy. Too much sex got me low energy and more dulled out and I physically got weaker.

In a subtle way, excess ejaculation will diminish your ability to take risks both spirituality and professionally. From my personal experience & many others. But don’t just quote me on it. Try it.
Notice how you feel in the moments and days after ejaculation. There’s an emptiness, a depression. Lack of cutting through energy.
Then notice how you feel after a week of not ejaculating. Notice how it feels to walk into a room and speak to people, to go to the gym and lift weights. Notice the feeling you get of wanting to serve others. It’s not to be missed
Don’t let these online ‘gurus’ fool you, but don’t just take my word for it - try it x

In all my years I have only had one Doctor who expressed an interest in my sexual health. Most of the Urologist I have been to have never taken the time to satisfy my concern or educate me various issues and matters. Dr. Malik's objectives are spot on.
