Thinhs i hate about hermit:
1. When i try to roll/down kick he keeps getting the thunder ability which made me knocked down and i don't have much time to get up before the thunder strikes, so I'm screwed.
2.his sword moves are unstoppable, everytime i dodge, he somehow hit me EVRY single time
3.when i won 2 rounds hermit will always turn from noob to hacker

Exactly! I destroy Hermit the first two rounds, then Hermit uses his unfair lightning ability which pins me in one spot on the ground until I die. The three rounds Hermit wins combined are faster than one round I win

1:21 what actually happens is the ai of hermit is designed to do short and middle range combat but when start to shoot long range weopens the ai stops as its thinks the player is not doing any kick or punch moves so its stop and the reaction time of hermit lesser then the long ranged weopens getting throwned on him.

Just use short range weapons and always stay close to him so if he starts to use magic u may give him a shot immediately and he will fall do not try to go for long range as it will give him time to use the magic this is how I defeated hermit

The thing about Hermit is when he is less than half health he will suddenly use his magic and just one shot you and what's really annoying is that it took you so long to do

Ranged attacks r such a pain in the ass they don't give much damage and also takes time to be thrown such a pain in the ass. I could actually do it without using ranged weapons but it differs from person to person some may find it easy

Hermit would be the easiest boss if his attacks weren't mostly oneshots
Best weapon to use: Lynx Claws, why? Because it has Time Bomb Enchantment. How to get it? Once you beat Lynx in the bodyguard one, you need to beat Lynx in Eclipse Mode. Once you beat him, Lynx Claws as a reward
His attacks are too strong not fast enough to Dodge also I have the thing and blade but I have beaten all them but hermit keeps using Magic spell and chunks my heath

Another advice when he's in the storm just give him a flying kick the storm will go off
Fighting Hermit is like a player who's actually good vs a rich player who has cool skins and op weapon but is trash at the game and the only reason he's winning is because he has a powerful weapon

I do the glitch always, i call it the AI Glitch
Cause the game gets confused what the User is doing so it comes with advantage to defeat the AI, it will not move until you stop.
But if you also not stop.. the AI will find a script and follow the script, and makes the enemy move. Always roll back when the AI moves durning the glitch.
Also i will give a tip
Tip: Always combo hermit but be patient and dont spam attack when his down still
thanks bro i defeated hermit on impossible difficulty level in 5th try with lynx claws with 3-0 with ur tricks in 2 rounds and 1 round i won by luck because lynx claws have time bomb and hermit got time bomb 3 times continuously🤯🤯

Theres another way to beat bosses easily u need to get to the level higher than the act example:
Lynx vs shadow
U need to fight him in level 6 but u level up to 7 so its easier to beat him

hermit is easy once you've reached level 12 and maxed out your armour, grim scythe or the sting. when he summons lightning just try to get close to him without getting hit by lightning and hit him continuously.

side note: beating hermit in eclipse is very difficult because he's Magic takes away more than half of your health in 3rd phase.

pro tip: after you've won 1-2 rounds, ALWAYS stay in close range when fighting hermit since if you keep distance he will just spam magic

For a straight month, I literally max upgraded my Blood Reaper, Bronze Armor and Goldenhorn to level 12 just to make sure I beat Hermit without losing a single round

When your figthing hermit dont leave hermit alone if you leave hermit alone he uses his magic and your doomed so always follow
He does one attack that puts you on the ground = It’s over. Once he gets you on the ground, he can just use stupid lightning magic and you can’t get up fast enough so you get shocked to death

I say if you wanna defeat hermit in eclipse,get oreintal sabers,stell darts,energy ball(level 18),legionnare armor and helmet.then you can fairly easily defeat butcher with hermit swords.
they say hermit is the strongest boss but I didn't feel he was difficult to defeat it was damn easy

Except when he hits you once, you fall, and he immediately uses his lightning magic against you and you can only watch as you get shocked to death because you can’t move out of the way. Not to mention, the early part of his lightning magic is swords, which can hit you in close range

Hey is naginata good for hermit,and if i upgrade it with gems does it still upgrade with gems or coins,im not comfortable for the weapon you are using.
use the weapon you're the most comfortable with, it does not have to be naginata :)
and also when you buy something with gems it can only be upgraded with gems sadly

Hey, the currency at the end is the one that you get when you reach lvl 52. Coins change styles (3 in total) as you progress in the game.
Yes, after defeating hermit you can get his weapon. Just make sure you defeat him in eclipse mode to get it
