Interesting! In his personal life Imperioli moves in circles where people are open to discussing the afterlife, spirit world, etc. Ref: "Michael Imperioli is a practicing Tibetan Buddhist".
Long term, keep this episode in mind and consider what Tony said about "everyone knew what they were getting into" as all of them interact with the people around them, especially "civilians".
This might be my favourite episode of the show. Never be afraid to say how much you like or dislike an episode. That's why we watch reactions, after all.
Yeah, this series is just one of the best ever. It's all the details and the personalities and the writing … it's a very meaty stew for sure. Cheers Mary 🍺
Don't ever be hesitant to say what you really think about an episode. My favorite reactors are the ones whose personality I like & whose intelligence I respect. And like a real life friend or acquaintance, I'm interested in what they truly think & feel. You meet that criteria & I look forward to your opinions & reactions. Keep up the good work! Warm regards & appreciation from Kentucky U.S.A.✨️✨️
It’s the writing that makes the show. Every topic is fair game too. That’s why Melfi is such a critical character. She brings up serious subjects like life after death. Melfi is genuinely scared now. She let her morality take over in a session. She knows she crossed a line with Tony when she didn’t agree with his morality. Tony playing the victim card because his Italian ancestors were treated bad is a lame excuse to being a mob boss.
Hi Mary, just another great video by you. I wouldnt be to concerned with your hubby, if he was smart enough to marry you then he is smart enough to not risk ruining what he has by cheating. Besides for my own self respect, what keeps me faithful is knowing i can never improve on what i have and in no way would i ever risk losing it. Im having so much fun on this journey with you, cant wait for the next one... ❤ from fla usa
2:48 The problem with that is people are so devoid of any independent thought that they can't think of anything heartfelt or original to say. So they just parrot some meaningless social media garbage. But people give them a pass because they are "trying".
Listening to Paulie talk about purgatory is one of the funniest scenes 😂
Paulie has the funniest lines in the whole show. His line about eating walnut maple ice cream off the floor of the ladies' room always gets me going!
@@francisalbert1799 "I'm dragging around a bunch of fucking ghouls behind me."
Love the visit to the psychic.
when Paulie throws the chair at the ghosts lol lol lol
the poison ivy comment sent pauli over the edge
@@tomdemay6147definitely in the top 10 funniest moments of the show!
This episode was written by Michael Imperioli (Christopher Moltisanti.) By the way “Moltisanti” translates to “many saints.”

@@markemerson8399 I was thinkning The same, The whole Paulie subplot make sense now. Michael love all that stuff.
That apology from Tony to AJ is so good.

I think that line had a double meaning for Melfi. She’s now wondering what she agreed to by treating Tony. Do mob rules apply to her now too??

Paulie is the funniest character imo.
When Carmela was talking to Chris and he started pushing the dope button your reaction was hilarious.
your sopranos reactions and afterthoughts are the best 👍☺

Love Sopranos with Mary. Intelligence is very entertaining.

Other than some creepy dreams, you'll start wondering if ghosts exist in The Sopranos universe due to a few scenes in the future
Enjoying the ride with you!
Diet Fanta is no way to go out
Oof madon'. Terrible way
Definitely in the No Bad Episodes camp. They all have excellent dialogue and acting to offer. This one is a favorite for sure.

Happy to see that your Sopranos reactions are not edited like some 90s sitcom reaction anymore 👏

I heard that half life scream lol
They should have covered those angels eyes.
Paulie "Walnuts" Gualtieri: Sweetheart
Apparently, the actor that plays Paulie isn't that different in personality IRL. He is known for having no filter.

Platitudes are the worst. I'd rather someone say nothing
Mary, have you ever watched "Undercover" from Belgium? The main character "Ferry" is similar to Tony.
Hi, Mary.
Psychics have access to your Facebook profile as well you know.
"3 o'clock" will become apparent in a later season.
Just wait, you'll see…
I'm glad you love this like I did but I'm a little sorry for you because so much sadness in this series
Maybe the psychic got the name from the script ?
did we just run out of movies? whats the deal.
Well, she probably still hasn’t watched Dune: Part 2 and Indiana Jones 2 & 3 yet
