I feel the problem with Lingusamy is that he doesn’t accept his mistake
For his hits like run sandakozhi paiya he says it was his talent but for his flops :
For Bheema he’s blaming asst directors ,for Anjan he’s blaming editors ,warrior he’s blaming casting the wrong hero
For Ji he says Ajith was not his choice but producers choice!
I feel he won’t talk about his outdated screenplay and story for sandakozhi part 2 and warrior .

I remember reading Lingusamy's interview before the release of Bheema. He was very confident about the climax. Even before the release of the movie, there were media news that Bheema would have a tragic climax. In fact, Ajith's Kireedom movie (with a negative climax) released a few months before Bheema and it's climax had to be changed post release. Several media news quoted that Lingusamy was very confident about the climax for Bheema despite seeing the problems with Kireedom. But, now he says he had a different climax.
Lingusamy had always been so confident in his interviews before the movie release. Before Ji movie release, Lingusamy gave an interview where he said that going forward Ajith will be called as Ji and not Thala.
Producer Dhananjayan said in an interview that he told Lingusamy to trim the length of Anjaan as he felt it was dragging, but he refused and was very confident about the movie. But, now he says he had no time to edit.
He takes credits for success but not for failures.
Who can forget the iconic dialogue from him. "Kathukkitta motha viththai-yum erakirken indha padathile" 😅
