The translation makes it sounds like it’s some reward for men only. Some what of a sexual paradise (may Allah protect us from such ignorance). Heaven is not like earth with worldly desires, it’s a place is clean speech and no dirtiness. So get your mind out of the gutter thinking it’s some sexual reward
Well then learn and master the Arabic and the exegis of Qur'an yourself and see if you can come up with a better translation... Paradise is the place Allah created where everyone will have whatever their wish for, this is made clear in various ayat of the Qur'an so there is no need to have that attitude. You have focused just on those rewards for "men only" but ignored the rest... furthermore It's Allah himself who has give us those desires and actually placed pleasure in them, nothing to be ashamed of
