I think it's Westlife's strategy to enter the American Music Market by collaboration with the Back Street Boys, I hope this works. They almost made it in the U.S. in '99 and early 2000's,but because of tough competition against other boy bands they didn't make it. But now it's time for Westlife to be recognize by the Americans and they deserve it.
Well, I hope so too, but this is nothing related to American music market. It's for fanbase from China. Westlife & BSB were mostly well recognized in China in terms of Western boy bands pop music.

Agree! And they are all from an era when auto tune is not a thing, which means they are really good vocalists! I hate it when boybands are kinda underrated when it comes into singing when in fact they do a lot of solid and clear harmonizations. You can't do that if you don't have the ear and voice. Theses guys are just pure talent!
