For those curious, a lipo BR can be great for some but is not a solution for everyone. Typically, they work best for those whos 🍒 are made up of more fat than actual tissue (tissue typically needs to be cut out) and those who won't require a lift or skin removal during the process. It really depends on your body type and how much mass needs to be taken out and what that looks like for you. The only thing I regret about doing mine is not doing it sooner.
I don’t get why instead of spending all that money women just don’t go to the gym and make their bodies strong enough to carry their breasts comfortably seems like it would save money + her breasts only looked like Cs maybe? Maybe even large Bs maybe there’s another underlying issue because one of my best friends in high school had DDs she was 5 foot and very petite frame she weighed like 95 pounds-105 at the time and she never complained about back pain and she told me literally everything, like too much. So wouldn’t be required to have pain or is it genetic? Idk
@muRda I definitely can't speak for the OP and what she was potentially experiencing. I can say for myself and a number of other people that it wouldn't matter how much exercise is done, it won't change the density of breast tissue, and issues can be quite varying. I hope it actually works out for you..m American insurance is famous for not paying for breast reduction for years until you've went to all the other doctors and still. Kinda insane you need to get more crippled to get help.
My wife had a reduction that included lipo. I think she would have removed more but the doc encouraged her not to go too intense to result in better proportions after. My wife was a track athlete as a child and gained a very large chest during puberty. It made it very uncomfortable to run - both physically and socially. People don’t usually understand the challenges of a large chest without going through it.
it is sad that doctors often choose aesthetics over comfort like this though. if she wanted more she should've been able to get more taken out, regardless of how it looks. obviously it's something the doctor should mention, but it shouldn't be the priority.
@@k4nd1incyb3rsp4c3 I agree. I think that it’s understandable to be concerned that the patient may be unhappy with the final outcome, but I think that more ‘dramatic’ procedures should be done with more consideration and caution (the patient needs a clear understanding of the result (both aesthetic and functional), and should be given time to weigh their choices. In the end though it should be up to the patient (assuming all considered treatment options are medically sound etc). My wife’s procedure was deemed by our doc as medical (being done to improve her health) which allowed it to be covered under government healthcare. I don’t know if doing a more dramatic procedure would move it out of that category, but it would have still been better to have the choices outlined and available. I think it’s the same problem that many (particularly younger) women face when wanting sterilization. Some doctors won’t do it until the person is much older (like 40) or until they have already had children. This doesn’t help the many woman who are confident they never want children, who may be experiencing a painful medical issue that sterilization could reduce (endometriosis etc), and/or who may have undesirable complications from hormonal birth control. Is it a serious decision? Yes. But if you have so little faith in an adult to make such a decision about their own body, why are you so keen to have them have a child (another life-changing event that has life-long impacts: physical, emotional, psychological… These are all negative impacts of course - assuming it’s a desired pregnancy).
@@udontevenwannaknowbruv I’m actually her wife but I appreciate the sentiment! I can assure you that my empathy towards her situation was not informed by going through that experience myself. I’ve never been either super athletic nor ‘top-heavy’ but I’ve witnessed first-hand the pain it’s caused her. She was such a strong young athlete that she actually represented her country in international competitions! It was something she loved so much and then felt it was impossible to continue. There was both the physical challenge of it, but also other kids making comments. Most of us already feel so awkward in our bodies during puberty. I’m sure the additional attention was just a bit too much to handle. In the last few years, she’s received training in table tennis 🏓. She’s participated in club tournaments, made lasting friendships, and rediscovered her love of sport. It’s been so wonderful to see, and truly showed a whole new side to her! She seems to never tire when playing and just gets so into it! It’s really been so wonderful to watch. There is a real pure joy on her face. :)
that’s so interesting, i’ve never even heard of a liposuction breast reduction. i wonder if it’s a more accessible/cheaper alternative than a regular breast reduction.
Thank you for clarifying. I don’t know why, but I thought she was getting a breast reduction AND liposuction and just didn’t talk about the lipo for some reason??
@@PotatoesAreNeat maybe because the breast reduction procedure she’s getting is through liposuction. there are 3 of the most common breast reduction procedure people can get, liposuction (if the cause of the bigger breast size is fat) and tissue reduction (if the cause of the bigger breast size is the breast’s tissues). the third is just combination of both above.
It’s only suitable for some people. If you have fibrocystic tissue, it may not make much of a difference. That has to be cut out and can’t be removed by lipo
This is the problem with the west. They are so low on family values they think that the bare minimum act of a family member taking care of you deserves an award. It's a natural thing in most Asian countries.
@A. Khan, sadly, not everyone's family does this. And while family might have a sense of obligation, appreciation can still be shown. My parents took care of me after I had surgery. I gave them both thank you cards, a gift, and took them out to dinner. Yes, they are family but there is no requirement for them to do that. And while they didn't expect anything in return I was happy to show them my gratitude.
@what’shername wow! That's a big assumption you just made about a total stranger! Actually, my family and I are incredibly close and super supportive of each other. I'm surprised you missed that as I referenced the way my parents took care of me after surgery. I, additionally, quit work and college to take care of my papa full time for two years when he was dying from Parkinsons. It was my honor and pleasure to do so. So why don't you tell me again about my upbringing, dear stranger? No, the thing is, I am not so naive as to assume everyone else feels the same way I do about family. It's unfortunate. That's why, as you so clearly glossed over, I said sadly not everyone has a family that will do this. What I was saying is that if we are speaking in general terms and not discussing morality, ethics, or a strong sense of family and then no there is no requirement for families to take care of and support each other. It's a sad fact and one that many families exercise. The point I was making, that you seem to have ignored entirely in favor of making up some bs that was not my point, is that there is nothing wrong with showing appreciation to our family after they do something like this. I find it interesting that you seem to believe that is absurd. If I was a lesser person, I might even blame your upbringing.
I didn't know this was an option. Imma have to look into bc I have the same issue. Have tried EVERYTHING else for the back pain but regular reduction seems so terrifying. This feels more approachable.
I had a regular breast reduction and it’s completely worth it! When I awoke in post op I was instantly aware of my back pain gone and the horrible burning of my chest. Anyway, 10/10 would do it again:)
Yeah, some people clearly don't understand sports bras. But to be fair, cup sizes don't all look the same. Since the cup size is based on the difference between band and bust size, it can look really different depending on your band size. I have very small boobs and I'm a 28C but I have a friend who's a 38C and hers are much bigger than mine.
It's honestly embarrassing how many people don't understand that cup size can be vastly different depending on your band size. Like I wear a 34F and people will tell me that my boobs are too small to be an f cup. I have a smaller band so ofc my breasts are gonna look smaller than someone with a larger band. Someone with a 38F is going to have bigger boobs than me, someone with a 28f is going to have smaller boobs. I don't understand why they are so set in their idea of how it's supposed to look, without bothering to look into it, then having the audacity to call you an idiot for understanding bra sizes better than them.
Bras are built so differently like I didn'tt even figure out my size till now I bought 32C and 2 bras of 32D(and both are different and don't fit me perfectly but kind of). These aren't even my sizes. The bigger the size the high the price and other than these I can't afford. I bought a bra 32D bra for 300₹. My mother said we should try online bcz of the prices but I don't think I would get my size cheaper online. I'm just fed up.
@@alicedoesntknow_ why tho? Do you live in rural? Cause I live in a small town still and there's particular(perhaps small) shop of lingerie and they keep all kind of stuff still finding perfect fitted bra is like impossible
I hate having big boobs. I don’t like the look of them, I don’t like how I fit in clothes because of them, they make running awkward, and the thing I hate most is that I just can’t be w/o a bra! I will do this surgery one day.😤
Is it just me or did her breasts look small to average sized before the surgery…? Btw I feel so bad for everyone who has problems with their boobs… My mom had a b cup and a breast augmentation and my aunt a h cup and a breast reduction, also due to back pain. I’m literally in the middle with my DD/E cups and I never head any issues with my boobs being too heavy or anything (and I’m also rather skinny on the rest of my body and short to medium height).
Definitely not just you… I went to see older videos just in case I missed it… but to be honest she looks more than proportionate for her body type.. I wouldn’t say she’s flat by any means, but definitely not that voluptuous that would or should really cause severe back pain due to their size.. but if she’s happy with it… 🤷🏼♀️
@@zarasbubble1748 that’s exactly what i did and i don’t see uncomfortably large boobs their barely my size and i think mine are small maybe she’s just trynna be with the in crowd cause breast reductions are getting popular right now
@ireh Well do tell us more, because I saw the same things and I’ve been on this earth for 22 years. I also know how 🍒 can look in a sports bra, and still, her 🍒 looked quite normal to me, in proportions with her body. I mean I don’t really care if she did it or not, but I don’t think back pain was the reason for it. Since she’s a more sporty type of person, getting her 🍒 reduced can make it feel easier to jump or run. Which for me it’s a dumb reason to get them reduced, that’s just altering your body, unless there is pain, I don’t think 🍒 should be reduced.
@ireh Why do some people feel the need to be patronizing like that for literally no reason…? You could’ve said you disagree or explain why I’m wrong in your opinion in a million other ways… Btw I’m from Europe and bra sizing tends to be slightly different here than in the US. I’d still be interested to know what exactly in regards of bra sizes you think I don’t know and in what way that brought me to the wrong conclusion.
What has your recovery been like? I’d love to see a full video on this since I’ve never heard of this procedure and sometimes consider a reduction myself!
There is nothing yummier than post surgery / delivery food. There’s something about that first meal after putting your body through all that bullshit that is just so so good.
I had one last year, it’s great! Heaving big breasts is sooo annoying. Though I’d still prefer them smaller, but at least I don’t have clothing issues right now. (In my case, if they are heavy due to medical insurance it’s covered by insurance though, at least here. Don’t know if the same might be possible for you.)
I don’t say this to be rude at all just genuinely curious because normally when women have breast reductions or liposuction it’s because there breasts are larger, heavier, causing pain, health issues, etc. To me though she looks like she’s maybe a B cup, so size doesn’t look to be an issue, from what she’s saying she’s carrying more fat/fatty tissue, with denser breasts that are heavy for her body frame.
@@mw25893 Right. 👌🏻 I’m assuming she must be a petite person with a small frame and not weigh so much if she was having back pain due to her breasts. Cuz for instance I used to be a C-cup and then I gained a little weight and now I’m a double D cuz it seemed like most the weight went there for some reason which I hate lol I’d rather have my smaller boobs back, but I’m 5’10 and Icelandic so I have a bigger build to me, I’m a size 6-8 and tall, I’m thick and always like known as a “bigger” girl and taller girl but my boobs don’t cause me any pain or back issues that I know of. Ya know what I mean. Even though I have bigger breasts. So they must’ve really been an issue for her.
@@Miss.831 yeah agreed! Hopefully she doesn't have as much back pain now or at all. I would hate that she had to go through all that and hurt back still be in pain and her breast not be the reason why
@@mw25893 Omg right. That would be horrible if she was still in pain. Hopefully it has helped her and now she isn’t having back issues since the surgery. Cuz definitely that’s a big relief to be out of pain on a daily basis. I know when I have back pain it just makes everything so much harder, and to even want to get things done for the day. It’s like you can’t get comfortable even if you laid down since it is your back.
So when she needed to do with seek physical therapy and strengthen the muscles responsible for holding you up right but instead what she did was make yourself less attractive
Make sure you get physical therapy to help re align your posture and core muscles if you got a lot taken off. I got 2kgs taken off my chest because of recurring back pain and heat rashes. No one told me to physical therapy and now my back is still bad maybe even worse.
I’m concerned she looks pretty thin already and as though her cherries weren’t super large before hand as in (dd+) but I wouldn’t know for sure, doesn’t lip suction remove fat? And if u are skinny wouldn’t that mean a higher risk at damaging breast tissue? Hope she’s healing alright 😅
the fat in your body has little relation to the fat on your breasts... you can be rly thin and have a lot of fat in the breasts or be overweight and have no fat in your breasts. Also, I'm seeing she is always seen in sports bras, so you won't be able to see her true size
My mom went through a breast reduction a lil over a year ago. It was her dream come true. Her back shoulder and neck pain was SO bad that she decided to just pay out of pocket, even though her doctor had been fighting for her insurance to pay for it. I’m so happy you got it done when you could❤❤ now my mom has so much more confidence and relief
@TerminaC you can’t hide big disproportionate boobs even wearing a lose fit shirt you can see them hang for their dear life I’m talking from experience lol
I always had back pain too. Doctors would tell me I needed a breast reduction, as it would help the pain. I finally agreed to it because I didn't want to be in pain anymore. The recovery from surgery was awful, and the pain never improved. I ended up needing spinal surgery, and now have permanent nerve damage in my left foot. I will likely need a 2nd spinal surgery, as my back pain is increasing, and nothing seems to help. The surgeon who performed my breast reduction surgery butchered me, and I will never be right. I truly wish I could go back and not undergo surgery.
It’s only suitable for some people. If you have fibrocystic or dense tissue, that has to be cut out. It also can’t be done for top surgery for trans men, because the lipo doesn’t remove enough
OMG I didn't know this was even a thing !! I've been wanting a reduction since middle school but it's just So so intense.. it wasn't even brought up at my consult... I'm sure it's not for everybody but damn Im deff about to go to Google medical school right right now
I looked back in her vids and I don’t see anywhere where she had like “big boobs”. They look totally normal IMO, like I wouldn’t have looked at her and been like “oh ok, I can see how a reduction would be helpful” ya know? I don’t know lol.
She has regular sized 🍒 but they can still cause pain depending on her frame. It kinda looks like she had a lot cuz of her sports bra squeezing them up so yk
I’m a busty gal who also has lower back pain from carrying the weight of my enormous knockers that are disproportionate for my size and youtube keeps recommending me breast reduction videos and now I’m starting to feel some type of way like what are you trying to say youtube 😭😭😭
The RUclips Algorithm sees your deepest desires, lol. I’ve been wanting a breast reduction for years now, and I’m finally going to talk to a doctor about it. I’m 5’10, 180 lbs and a 34 H. I WANT THEM GONE! Also, I have a very small butt so it looks very disproportionate and weird.
no way trying to say its common.. but i was bs through school and grew to ds in the army...... i was a great runner (15:24 2 mile and did weekly 6 milers) and the growth into cs and then ds HUUUURT my back and chest. its why all of my bras are tight enough to partially bind my chest... my knees are f ed so i cant run anymore anyways tho... just wanted to point out that brest/body misproportions make running suck and that some people miss runnin. im super excited for her to heal up tho that running will feel AWESOME with the lightness on the chest and pressure off the back!
i hate running, i always have, but when i got told that running isn’t a good idea and will probably be really painful then i suddenly wanted to start running just for fun💀 istg the last 5 years i’ve been dreaming of being able to run until my lungs hurt (which ngl would take like 2 minutes) just because the option isn’t there anymore 😂
My friend literally has an anime girl body, her proportions make no sense and her back is paying for it. I think she’s like a H or J cup and she can not wait to just get a breast reduction. Ive only ever gotten up to DD before and those were hell so I can only imagine how annoying boobs bigger than that are.
How is she lying down with that drink? Just how much does she trust that lid, what about the hole where the straw goes in? She is one tip away from her and her bed being drenched in blue stuff and ice, I'm fairly certain it would be difficult to clean.
I don’t have big boobs but I want a reduction to make them the same size. My left is a B, close to a C and my right is an A. The left one hangs almost a full inch lower than the right because of it and it’s noticeable when I wear tight fitting clothes.
I agree that should be a first step, but it's not always a solution for everyone. My sister is a gym rat she is 5'2" weighs 110 pounds and had triple d breasts. There was no amount of strengthing that was helping her. Post surgery all her back pain was gone and her posture was dramatically improved.
I want to get a breast reduction. I don’t have a smaller body, but I’m not big and I have I think either C or D cups, so it’s kinda difficult to wear some clothes, and do certain things with a bigger chest, and my back began hurting more in 8th grade bc that’s when my chest got a lot bigger, so I’ve been wanting breast reduction surgery for around 2-3 maybe 4 months now. Glad to see the side effects and how you feel after it so I can tell if I really want to do it or not :) 🖤
I did mine last month and seriously best decision ever!! went from cup D to cup B and I have never felt more free lol. I can’t wait to be able to start running and do all of those things that made me uncomfortable before
I’m typically a 34d and I 100% agree with your statements. When I suggested to my mom breast reduction surgery, she said I needed to exercise first to try to lose weight before jumping straight to surgery. I think it’s worked a little, I used to be a 36d, but now I’m noticing how disproportionately sized they are from one another and it is so frustrating😭 It’s like I lost weight on one but not the other and I hate it. Nothing fits right. And it’s just straight up uncomfortable, and sometimes even painful. Why is life so difficult? 😔
You'd be surprised. It's more about the body frame and what it's able to reasonably support. My step mom had smaller C's, but was only 4'11" so her back was constantly hurting. You wouldn't think that they would cause that much pain, but she also was pretty active so it just wasn't good for her.
Idk why I just got this ideas since she can't run💀💀 a movie: a girl got this surgery and her husband leaves for a trip and a killer trys to kill her in her own house so she got to run
Have u tried working out and strengthen your back?? Almost all back pain is frim in balance and weakness. Most people never work out there backs nor even think of it as a muscle group
As someone who’s always wished I had bigger breasts, I think it’s good to see that what matters most is how comfortable you are in your own body, instead of wanting something else simply for the aesthetic!
I got a standard BR, and the pain is not nearly as bad as you'd think!! The restrictions are tough, especially if you gotta work. But recovery was easy peasy and totally worth it
This sounds like a dream come true. I'm such a small individual with an abnormally large bust and I can't take it anymore. My back feels like it's going to snap in half.
I really do have a question. I am very young, (not giving my age but im under 14.) And I have a bigger breast size than normal (46DD.) And my back hurts ALL of the time. Im wondering if a reduction is worth it in the future because im having back problems too..
I started having back pain around 14 because of my breasts. I would say to let your parents know that you are having a lot of pain or even at your next annual letting the doctor know while your parents are with you, whichever is comfortable for you. They will def help you if you let them know that you are having pain and discomfort and that you believe it is your chest. Good luck !
I litterally have the same problem I am 4’11 under 150 w a 36 DDD and I have scoliosis I am TIRED of just going to physical therapy it’s not working just get me a dam surgery!!
It might be too personal to ask but with a few cases I’ve seen they don’t share what size they were and what size they now are. I’m just curious because I wanna know what’s too big for each type of frame I know it every person is different and I know it maybe a bit personal but I feel like it’s appropriate to share Ik these circumstances but if it’s not I understand.
Writing as a 32DDD (French 85F). I never new this was an option and, for esthetic and practical reasons I will totally look into this procedure BUT I didn’t see many comments talking about back-strengthening exercises. I have a small frame and suffered from my early teens to about 27yrs from back pains, partially do to my chest. Using weights and machines to strengthen my back have been a GAME CHANGER. I still get lower back pains before menstruating but otherwise by back has been doing (and looking) amazing. 😊 Hope this encourages someone who is looking for an alternative to liposuction or breast reduction surgery.
My aunt had the same thing done . I never could tell since they was still big but she swears best thing she ever did..her back pains gone she was so glad she did it . Good luck on recovery.. ☺️
Man I wish that was enough. Part of my problem is the position of them (too low due to weight loss and extra skin). I truly need a bit of a reconstruction. But for you, I’m so glad this is available! I didn’t even know this was a thing. This is very helpful information for other people dealing with this
I can watch video of all types of surgeries and be fine but something about that lypo tube poking around and sucking things out makes me want to faint at the mere thought.
I’m in the exact same boat girl. I’m 27, I’m like a 32 DD and I’m 4’11 😅 I’m all little heavier than I should be tbh, so I wanna try loosing weight first to see if they’ll shrink a bit. After that, if they still give me issues I’m definitely gonna get a reduction of some kind. My back has been hurting more than usual nonstop for a month now, and I have to get my boyfriend to crack my back every couple days for a bit of relief until I can get to the chiropractor
Im starting to get the backpain too, I have a really small waist and body, and my chest feels so heavy 😔 i'm almost 18 so i'll wait till i'm a lot older before I even think of doing anything, but it may be a huge relief
The sooner the better when it comes to back pain. If you are small framed you definitely don't want to cause an damage that might stay even after the reduction, especially at only 17. I'm not doctor but you might want to get on that pronto if you already have back pain at 17.

Please do a video on the details! I didn’t know liposuction was an option for breast reduction! And I’ve considered on and off about a breast reduction for so many years 😅 from a fellow small band large bust person
Breast reduction is taking out breast tissue and often involves a lift of some kind so they don’t sag. Her lipo-reduction is taking out fat, not tissue, so it doesn’t remove too much weight and it does not involve removal of excess skin. So if you get this kind, you’ll probably sag eventually, but a normal reduction would most likely lift your breast enough that they don’t. It also depends on other factors, like whether or not you’ve had a child and breastfed. Certain conditions weaken your breast muscle and cause sagging. Of course, when you remove a lot of weight, you’re going to end up perkier than you were just cause there’s less to haul around.
Nothing better than not feeling the best and a parent / loves one gives you food. I’m excited for you lady! 🎉

Definitely curious about this as well. My friend said shed be getting one after shes had kids so im definitely gonna be looking into this as well
@@PotatoesAreNeat maybe because the breast reduction procedure she’s getting is through liposuction. there are 3 of the most common breast reduction procedure people can get, liposuction (if the cause of the bigger breast size is fat) and tissue reduction (if the cause of the bigger breast size is the breast’s tissues). the third is just combination of both above.
It’s only suitable for some people. If you have fibrocystic tissue, it may not make much of a difference. That has to be cut out and can’t be removed by lipo
Wow your mother and husband deserve an award 🥇💕you’re so blessed! 😇
an award for looking out for family?
This is the problem with the west. They are so low on family values they think that the bare minimum act of a family member taking care of you deserves an award.
It's a natural thing in most Asian countries.
@A. Khan, sadly, not everyone's family does this. And while family might have a sense of obligation, appreciation can still be shown. My parents took care of me after I had surgery. I gave them both thank you cards, a gift, and took them out to dinner. Yes, they are family but there is no requirement for them to do that. And while they didn't expect anything in return I was happy to show them my gratitude.
@@wifeofsauron1658 'there is no requirement for them to do that'?????
I feel sad that you feel this way. It's clearly ingrained in your upbringing.
@@teelyn1609 could I ask how much it had cost you?
Same I never heard of this being a option!! I’m so excited to look into it now
Don’t forget to incorporate things like bench rows in your workouts
These comments have me convinced that no one knows what each cup size looks like. Especially in a sports bra
Bras are built so differently like I didn'tt even figure out my size till now
I bought 32C and 2 bras of 32D(and both are different and don't fit me perfectly but kind of). These aren't even my sizes. The bigger the size the high the price and other than these I can't afford. I bought a bra 32D bra for 300₹. My mother said we should try online bcz of the prices but I don't think I would get my size cheaper online. I'm just fed up.
@@Janhvi._. My size is 28C and I've never seen it at a store, but I found it online.
I will do this surgery one day.😤
I didn’t even know this was possible omg. I am really manifesting my reduction, I’m a 32H and it’s hell tbh. Thank you for this video
I'm 30G, I feel your pain. Although I'm a little smaller
Sending prayers to all the big chested girls 😭❣️
32G, I absolutely feel you, I should have never gone into a job that involved so much lifting when I do it every day already 😭
Definitely not just you…
I went to see older videos just in case I missed it… but to be honest she looks more than proportionate for her body type..
I wouldn’t say she’s flat by any means, but definitely not that voluptuous that would or should really cause severe back pain due to their size..
but if she’s happy with it… 🤷🏼♀️
@@zarasbubble1748 Agreed…
You could’ve said you disagree or explain why I’m wrong in your opinion in a million other ways…
Btw I’m from Europe and bra sizing tends to be slightly different here than in the US.
Great video I love your supporting mom and boyfriend/husband
They are amazing. I am luxky
I want a reduction so bad. So glad you won't have as much back pain anymore girlie ❤❤❤
Not one of your videos, shows that you have large breast that could cause back pain.. then what did you reduce?
they were large in proportion to her frame.
I’m so confused too she has like no boobs at all…
I was wondering the same thing, obviously everyone is different but... Like .... Yeah
I’ll have to look into this! I’ve been wanting reduction for years and this seems less invasive!
Anybody know where to get pp size reduction? I have a giant one and it slaps around my thighs when I walk (I am a pathological liar)
So you went from size B to A cup? 😅 heavy where
you can barely make out her chest in the video, plus, she literally said they were disproportioned.
More like A cup to mosquito bites
Wait you're telling me I didn't have to be cut open have my areolas removed put back, have drain Tubes put in just for him to botch the damn surgery?!
I've never heard someone sad about not being able to run..... 😂😂😂
no way trying to say its common.. but i was bs through school and grew to ds in the army...... i was a great runner (15:24 2 mile and did weekly 6 milers) and the growth into cs and then ds HUUUURT my back and chest. its why all of my bras are tight enough to partially bind my chest... my knees are f ed so i cant run anymore anyways tho... just wanted to point out that brest/body misproportions make running suck and that some people miss runnin. im super excited for her to heal up tho that running will feel AWESOME with the lightness on the chest and pressure off the back!
Lol definitely couldn't be me!
i hate running, i always have, but when i got told that running isn’t a good idea and will probably be really painful then i suddenly wanted to start running just for fun💀 istg the last 5 years i’ve been dreaming of being able to run until my lungs hurt (which ngl would take like 2 minutes) just because the option isn’t there anymore 😂
just train your back muscles. go to the gym, girl.
I’m getting an actual breast reduction in august down from H cup to D
congrats!!
Congratulations :D
congrats!!
Liposuction breast reduction has a fun ring to it
Hear me out….. a lipo-re-suck-tion.
I don’t have big boobs but I want a reduction to make them the same size. My left is a B, close to a C and my right is an A. The left one hangs almost a full inch lower than the right because of it and it’s noticeable when I wear tight fitting clothes.
There’s nothing quite like that post surgery meal lmao. It’s like wow, my body temporarily beat death and now it’s back to functioning again haha
Ladies, please exercise your back muscles. I promise it solves a world of problems.
I got a breast reduction in January 2023. I lost 12 lbs of breast tissue and now I am 100% can't wait for swimming season.
What size were you before the surgery? Because I was looking at your older videos and I wouldn't have thought they were big enough to hurt your back.
I was thinking the same thing
You'd be surprised. It's more about the body frame and what it's able to reasonably support. My step mom had smaller C's, but was only 4'11" so her back was constantly hurting. You wouldn't think that they would cause that much pain, but she also was pretty active so it just wasn't good for her.
I agree, she definitely didn’t look anywhere near out of proportion to me
I was thinking that too no way two oranges on your chest is going to make you have bad back pain
Yeah. She doesn’t look very busty at all… not sure what the issue is here.
Idk why I just got this ideas since she can't run💀💀

I started having back pain around 14 because of my breasts. I would say to let your parents know that you are having a lot of pain or even at your next annual letting the doctor know while your parents are with you, whichever is comfortable for you. Calm and excited are two completely different terms and aren’t the best used as adjectives for the same subject
Hope this encourages someone who is looking for an alternative to liposuction or breast reduction surgery.
My aunt had the same thing done . I never could tell since they was still big but she swears best thing she ever did..her back pains gone she was so glad she did it . Good luck on recovery.. ☺️

The sooner the better when it comes to back pain. If you are small framed you definitely don't want to cause an damage that might stay even after the reduction, especially at only 17. I'm not doctor but you might want to get on that pronto if you already have back pain at 17.

What about strengthening the back through exercise
I also have big 🍒 with a smaller frame and have thought about getting a breast reduction. But does it make your Brest saggy ?
