If you’re young, try to avoid it… it gets worse with age and experience. Ignore the crappy people and focus only on good things. Misanthropy might be more true and realistic but it’s very difficult and I don’t recommend it ! 👀
@@CPTSDRecoveryChatASMR I think it's from my job (I work in retail), the customers are terrible, so are my co-workers. And the thing is I spend most of my time working, It's rare that I enjoy the interactions and encounters I have at work
