They have gotten closer after Mina came back from her hiatus. They're together most of the time.
Mina seems to be really comfortable around Jeongyeon, she's more talkative and she smiles a lot. Notice in Time To Twice Tdoong Highschool, Mina is on her usual quiet self than the previous TTT when Jeongyeon was around. And she also mentioned Jeongyeon in some of the episodes.
