I was there that day. I was standing right there watching history being made. Billy jammed with Don Julin too. Come to think of it, who hasn't Billy jammed with? Lol
In my humble opinion, that was the best Red Wings. Larry Keel & Natural Bridge, Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen, Billy Strings, Jon Stickley, Don Julin, so many others. Oops! The Travelin Hillbillies jamming on Whippin Post. Look for that video!
Billy Strings is an amazing talent and a genuinely nice guy that's as down to Earth as they come.
