This latest model from Peugeot combines the elements of a hatchback and an SUV, creating a stylish fastback crossover. Will it capture the hearts of customers?
To begin, the 408 is really good looking. The front end is striking, with a sleek grille and Peugeot's signature daytime running lights.
Under the hood, you'll find a PureTech 1.6-liter turbo four-cylinder engine producing 215 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to the front wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission.

I am a Peugeot 408 owner . I bought it brand new 8 years ago . I like the car in terms of performance and road handling . As long as you maintain the services of the vehicle as scheduled , it will give you trouble free driving .
The car from 218hp added another 25hp just by uncle YS standing beside it hehehehehehe

My wife has been driving the 2020 5008. No major problems except change car battery. Other than issues of change in ownership to Stellantis, nothing major. Often drive up to KL. Very smooth driving and handling. Agree that resale value sucks but she still loves driving the car. I am inching to get this from my current X1 car. Very tempting GT version.

It's a louder than other cars, which I like, because I can tell the signal is on even when the music is loud.

The hole at the rear passenger seat is not for you to put long items but easy access to retrieve items from the boot. The spare tyre is slotted underneath the car.....quite obvious you are not a fan of Citroen/ Peugeot car, YS....
Really? You mean one cannot use it to put long items? And can you reach the end of the boot by sticking your hands in? And Citroen and Peugeot are not the only brands that have a hole in the seat.
