@@wrwosster89076 tbh in my UNprofessional opinion, 40M is way too much. If it gets 20M it will already be a crazy record for the suburb. Back end price on REA & Domain is at set at $40M right now, but I wouldn't be surprised if the price comes down. Still an amazing house though, and I'm always happy to put a bigger number on my thumbnail 😄
@@WuzzaWombat don’t think that’s actually the public price guide. It’s just what they’ve got it listed as in the REA backend. Sometimes agent will list a property higher than what they actually want so more people see it when they sort by price high to low
