EMH is what the MCU should have been. Black Widow was a hundred times more interesting than the movies ever tried with her. Nat playing both sides strongly reminded me of Severus Snape from Harry Potter. Even the simple action of having her switch accents was a genius. I can't believe how wasted she was in the MCU.

yeah the main issue is that the films she's clearly/definitively on the good guys side so she just comes off more as a standard spy. here you never truly knew which side she's on, is she a good guy, bad guy, pretending to work with one? that made her mysterious and a more mythic figure which makes her really interesting
