@@johnapauline It's very challenging. It's like being a detective. You have to find out the diagnosis with your clinical eye then back it up with labs and imaging studies then give the appropriate treatment. It's very fulfilling when you hit the bull's eye with one shot :)

Thank you!! Got it from a Japanese thift store (Miniso).. Some doctors here use clear plastic bags so it's easier to disinfect with alcohol 😊
