Thanks for making the videos! I think you do a great job explaining the subject thank!
I am a maintenance man at poultry plant and these videos are help to me. Thank You
I've been scouring youtube for different things (electrical) and by far the way you explain and show your method of wiring and explanations of why you may do one thing opposed to another is absolutely amazing!!!! thank you for helping me understand my job and I hope that you continue making these great videos!!!
Best explanation. Great job thank you
I do maintenance for metal fabrication, working on Clearing 60t O.B.I punch press. Thank for the help!!
I’m an electrician for 4 years and this would be my first year working on relays and motor controls. This video was very helpful. Thank you teach!!
You are a great instructors, great stuff ,watching from Papua new Guinea 🇵🇬
This is so good and helpful. Thank you 👍
Thank you! I’m trying to set up an ERV with 3 different switches (bathroom lights and kitchen hood) to active a booster fan with off delay. Neither my electrician nor my HVAC contractor knew what was needed. Your videos finally helped me piece it together.
Thank you for all your videos. I'm going for my masters next month and I just found your channel trying to study everything and re review everything apprenticeship school covered. Thanks for you're videos sir keep them coming!
Craig, you make things look simple. Thank you.
Great video. This is an actual figure of the relay terminal plus the enclose instruction manual of the relay.
Thanks Alot Bud. This will help me wire a 3 phase Motor with an 11 pin Relay now and also we're using timed delays too so I'm quite sure I needed this. You helped me more than you can ever know.
You have what it takes to teach other learn the trade. You make it easy and simple.. great person and great instructor
Thank you for the video!
I truly appreciate it a lot.
This is the first video I've seen of yours and it is one of many more to come I'm sure. I've been doing construction and maintenance for over 25 years but I always stayed away from electrical, until 4 years ago.
I am now autodidact in many things both AC and DC from cell phone repairs to 240v relays and most things in-between over the past four years. Electrical has been by far the best thing I've done to boost my experience and the most useful thing I could done to further my all around experience. It has even became my new favorite past time, I swear I'll keep wanting to learn about electrical till my last day. Thank you Sir, and great video, I look forward to many more from you.
Remember:
"Always think positive, it's a plus"!
You are a lively lecturer I truly enjoyed the entire video

Good eplanation for practical tips. Thanx a lot.
You the man Craig!
Hi, I like your video. Thanks
Thanks for that wonderful knowledge
Aww mann’ again, Great. Really liked the logic that’s why they call it a logic diagram’ I see the logistics versus just remembering how to hook it up.. good teaching..
Thank you sir for this very good learning video .
Very well explained good job
Thank you for videos
Helpful video ! Plz make a practical video tutorial on it...
Thanks mnr i like it so much🎉🎉🎉🎉
Very clear explanation
Thanks for this video
Thank for sharing
GREAT LOGIC TEACHING
Absolutely understood you thxxx
Brilliant clear videos Craig. I'm learning a lot, very quickly. Have you made the video on time delay for motor control yet ? Regards.
Thank you for your positive comment. I have not as of yet but On and OFF delay videos are on the list! Thank you for the support. CM
EXCELLENT VIDEO
Great teacher
Thank you help me a lot on my job thank s
Thanks for easy explanation।
thanks for the chance my question is about the full explaination about the 8pin relays how they are wired
I prefer the narrower 11 pin relay sockets. Saves room in crowded panels. For the last 25 years or so all of the relay sockets that I ordered had the very confident DIN Rail mounting. Back in the 1970's we had to drill & tap two holes for every re!at socket . Preferred the ice cube relays that have a little LED to let you know when coil is energized. Makes troubleshooting easier.
Thank you sir...
Hey. video are great
7 and 5 becomes common when the coil are activated ?
I am now getting into motor control systems
Thanks!
Greatly 101 !
Nice one..
Keep smile in face when do the video...!!
I like a working explanation on VFD....
Possibly a FANUC robotic programming tutorial please
sir is that common pin 6 how it works ...i watched the 8 pin relay video...very good teaching..love from india..sir
Hi bro. Could you do an instructional video for the installation of an 11 pin overvoltage undervoltage relay/comparator 3 phase.
What is referenced as A and B on an 11 pin timer relay AND an 11pin ice cube relay?
this is a very good video sir my name is NawabAli from Pakistan
Good day
I have question
How test the relay if it’s good or bad ?
Thanks for your support .
Thanks 😘
From South Africa thank you a lot 💙💜💚❤️🧡🇿🇦 l wish to know about contactors when using outside lights just basics thank you
I need more ideas on the eleven pin relay
I am working on a 12 terminal Inkbird IDT-E Timer Relay (The Wiring Diagram Sticker on it says IDT-E2RH) But the Silk Screened Label on the Housing says IDT-E. Terminal 5 on the wiring diagram is labeled "OV". But nowhere can I find what this means or a description of what this is for. Terminal 4 is labeled +12 VDC out for sensor use only. I'm not sure if I will end up using a sensor but I have to use both a Gate switch and a Reset switch. Could it be that the "OV" Terminal is where to connect the gate,Reset and Sensor Return wiring to and without those systems interfering with each other? Thanks for the videos.
Great
Hey good job.. can you make a video Hooking a transformer?
Can you make a video about single phase motor foward reverse circuit, i'll really appreciated thanks
Hello. Can 8 pin relays be used for forward and reverse motor control
Where do JM Electricians use pin relays?
I have seen them at the company in the stock room , but never seen where they are used. I assume in lighting circuits, but where else?
Can you wire up a relay according to prints. Step by step please.
Does the layout on 11 pins ever change?, Im on my 3rd month of my electrical technician course and just wired an 11 pin relay but in my case 1, 11, and 3 were commons with 1 connected with 4 and 5, 3 connected to 6 and 7, and 11 connected to 8 and 9.
Sir, thank you very much for your U TUBE Electrical installation for my future career. Can you explain how to wire or connect scone baker and mixer?
I would love for you to do a video based solely on removing dog legs. You guys mention them, but never have I once seen a tutorial on the proper way to remove one.Just try line the pipe straight.Well it doesn't always work out that way,and apprentices need this information so if,(and it will happen)they know exactly how to make the proper adjustments in a timely fashion.Thank you.
That is a great idea
I will put that on my list of things to video. Thank you for your suggestion!! CM
Awesome 🙌👌
Please sir, since 6 is common to 5 an d 7.Does it mean that this part of the relay is not operated by the coil?
May I ask you some questions about this relay?
I want to use a single 11 pin relay as a Automatic Transfer Switch,it is possible?
Please do video on motor thermister relays
👍🏼
Is it me or are pins 5 and 7 labelled wrong? Every other video I’ve found has pin 5 NC and pin 7 NO, which appears to match the datasheet for the relay I have? Peter.
I'm trying to figure out the off delay relay alil better. Its pins 5 6 7 that confuse me and I kno how to use all other pins it's simple. I'm not understanding the gate and reset part of it .
Good morning sir, what is the problem if 11 pin relay (BASE) is sparking it’s look like touching with L + N after sparking then the 6A fuse is trip
Good Morning Craig,
The following is what I need to do.
I have a chick egg incubator which has 2 separate circuits.
(1) 220v AC input which powers 220v AC heater and fan.
(2) 12v DC input which powers 12v DC heater and fan.
So the incubator can use either 220v AC Mains supply or 12v DC supply from a 12v battery.
Normally I run the incubator using the 220v but during one of numerous mains power outages I switch off the mains and switch on the 12v supply.
The problem in having to manually switch over from 220v to 12v .
Therefore I am looking for a automatic changeover that senses when the 220v goes off and switches it to the 12v supply and can then switch back to the 220v when the mains supply comes back on.
I am thinking to use an 11 pin DPDT relay (what coil voltage ?)
Can you kindly assist how to do this.
Thanks John
I will send you an email later in the day!! CM
