What is the length x width of the lot on this design?
The Lot dimensions are 24m by 12m.
I really like alternating arrangements with pivot features of the windows, overall looks very pleasing!

I was looking at the front of the building. It looked like you used a glass and mirror side-by-side. It would be neat if you tied the two of them together with some design etching that spanned between the two surfaces. You could even continue the theme onto a white stucco surface that had smooth areas and rough areas.
It might be interesting to start out with either a blocky Bauhaus-esk layout or a larger smooth surface with three large panels one stucco, one mirror, and one glass. Then add a design that spread across all three like one picture. Trees, swirls, or Tron-esk futuristic stripes.
I love the idea it is very creative! Especially the design spanning across different surfaces, really neat. Thank You for your input.

Beautiful building ! The interior could have been done a lot better than it was tho, wasn't impressed but the openness of the house is great!

how much would you charge to design a house for us
Hey, thanks for watching, for a custom design I charge 6% of the total construction cost. The construction cost will be determined by these three factors: a rough estimate of your budget, cost of construction per square metre/foot in your location and finally a detailed draft of a Bill of Quantities.
Definitely not a home for a Canadian lol maybe if your in Vancouver but everywhere else… the snow
