I haven't really caught fish in weird locations, but I have caught fish on what I'd consider an unusual bait for the fish. I caught a 17 pound catfish and 57 pound carp on top water lures.

I've done the same as you were only the pipe was bigger (thank God!). I've also casted over a road (small/gravel) that was flooded to the point that it was considered part of the lake and landed some nice large mouth. Good video, no trying to sell me some B.S., just good fishin'.

Used to bass fish a lot not so much any more done got old and moved to North AR Fished mostly in Louisiana. Fished everything from a ditch to the big lakes like Toledo Bend within 150 or so miles of Shreveport. Never pass up a pipe or culvert with moving water in a lake or river have caught some nice ones off them. Never fished the AR river looks like the red river in Louisiana fished it a good bit from S'Port all the way down to Coushatta probably about 50 or so miles by water. Nice video have a great life and may a gentle breeze always fill your sail.

Man, that one hurt for sure. Funny enough I was waiting until it got through to grab the net but when it made a mad dash at the boat there wasn’t much I could do.
Weirdest way iv caught a fish was leanin over a bush with a spinning rod using a wacky rig to sight fish , one that was inside of a pocket of rocks behind a bush 😂
Bro what a cool video ! The fact you were able to get those fish back thru that rusty wall pipe is a win itself. Paying attention to that small detail you discovered letting the water take your lure in that pipe is what makes you get in the money. Good luck
