I've been watching GDLA every morning before school since 1994 when I was in 2nd grade when these two gals came on the show until they left in 2012 and I miss them so much. This was the best and most entertaining and funniest morning show in L.A. until they left. It was so sad and heartbreaking to see them leave. Never watch GDLA anymore today, it's downright awful and horrible.

I stopped watching news when FOX got rid of the morning reporters. Nobody can take their place. For whatever reason Fox has changed everything and it will never be the same. I love Jillian, so sad that she is gone. Best wishes to you Jillian 💓sister warrior.
I STOPPED watching IMMEDIATELY after they got rid of Jillian and Dorothy. THEY made that whole show....smh. NOW THE SHOW SUCKS and I watch GOOD AM AMERICA now
Currently, as of November 2019, Jillian is now doing the morning show at KABC-AM from 6-10 a.m. with John Phillips. They're highly entertaining together. But the best news is that Steve, Dotsy, and Jillian do a podcast called "O.K. L.A." which you can hear regularly via your podcast provider. And better still, every so often, all three of them do the radio show when John is absent (aka: on a cruise ship to somewhere exciting). You are very welcome. 😁
2023 UPDATE: The podcast with Jillian, Steve & Dorothy never came to fruition, sadly. She is also no longer with KABC. She had her own podcast available on several platforms including Spotify which was very successful and ran for a few years, including a special 2 part episode with her, Steve & Dorothy discussing what happened and re-telling what really happened and led to Jillian and Dorothy leaving Good Day LA. She also is a cancer survivor after being diagnosed a few years ago and successfully fighting the disease. She posts regularly on her social media platforms and goes LIVE on INSTAGRAM every day. They wanted Jillian to work on the field and she refused. So they fired her. I noticed that ch 5 and 7 does this. They have the people in the studio work out in the field.
I'm not much of a TV guy sport's and news but in the morning i like my Coffee and Good Day LA now in 2019 the show sucks. I'm not buying the Steve and the whole sex crap thing the show seems notorious for letting good people go people go so i say F off to the management at kttv or Good Day LA. Just my thought's.

i had no idea the show was still on!! the only reason i knew about it was when 'good day live' was aired nationally with the three hosts. when they stopped airing it, i just thought the show stopped all together. no idea it was it's own show in LA

Now I've returned that station's morning news & switch between KTTV & KTLA. Funny how the new woman seems just as current event ignorant.
